I was traveling through the area and had a nail in my tire, requiring a whole new tire. Dave was thorough and honest in making recommendations. Service was quick and done as promised. Very pleased with the dependable and timely service so I could get back on the road.

I recently had extensive suspension and brake work done on my Dodge Ram 3500. I received a copy of the final repair order and checked the price of the parts they installed from the NAPA store they used. I was shocked to find that they tripled the cost when they billed me. When I pointed out this fact, Dave, the owner, replied «Don’t go there». I asked for a reduction in the bill. He allowed me a 10% reduction. He told me his standard mark-​up is 100%.
Otherwise the work was done well, but at considerable expense.

My call for towing assistance resulted in being on their lot within 25 minutes.

Remarkably, my van was in the shop in less than half an hour after my arrival.
Further inspection brought up additional issues that we discussed at length. He went over the the associated costs and we agreed on a course of action.
This day could have been a total disaster.
However, with Dave’s assistance in getting my vehicle to the shop quickly, a straight assessment of the situation and an immediate quote, helped me avoid what was certain to be a nightmarish experience.
A clean shop with a professional staff are among several aspects of their business that put me at ease.
