Edit; I don’t know what’s going on, but the portions are getting smaller and more laughable. I recently had a hoagie, which consisted of 5 – 6 slices of meat, 1⁄8 cup of lettuce. a single slice of tomato, and a few onions. Kills me to say this, but its time to look elsewhere. Change from 4 to 2 Stars.

I ordered eggplant parm to go. Shocked to open the box & see a sandwich because the person answering the phone was too lazy to take the order correctly. To make matters worse, the eggplant was burned. When I called to complain, they sounded like it was my fault because I didn’t tell them I didn’t want a sandwich!?! Won’t be ordering from there again.

Love Oreland Pizza. Great cheesesteaks and excellent beer selection. I have not been disappointed with anything off the menu. The employees are very friendly as well.

There comes a time when being the closest and most convenient pizzeria to where you live is no longer enough to keep your business. The last straw was this past Saturday night’s delivery of a cold pizza with all the cheese slid over to one side. And if that wasn’t bad enough the pie just tasted awful. Truth be told, Oreland Pizza does a better job with their hoagies, cheesesteaks and side items compared to their pizza. I found the pizza to be very inconsistent over the last few years — maybe 1 in 4 attempts were acceptable, but the rest just disappointing. Sorry Oreland Pizza, but in the words of Ike Brovlofsky … «you’re dead to me Kyle».

I got a cheesesteak hoagie. It was extremely lame. One of the works steaks I had in a while. Should have gone with the pizza — it looked better.

Ok so I just recently moved out around to this area from North Philadelphia, the heart of good greasy pizza and cheese steaks. This place is the perfect stop to satisfy my need to cheese without having to go back to the gun shot corners of Nphilly. Really enjoy the food and the people behind the register! To top it all off, I can grab a slice along with a six pack of cider, hard lemonade, twisted tea or a variety of beers all in one stop! I wanna be a regular and I want them to learn my name :)

Oreland Pizza is my local pizza place. The pizza is a New York style, with good flavor and is usually cooked properly. For the price you can’t go wrong. The wings at Oreland Pizza are also pretty good, being an Upstate NY guy, I know good wings and Oreland’s wings certainly hold their own. The wings are a good size, and the sauce is thick, flavorful and spicy. I recommend the hot sauce, as they do seem to have some trouble keeping a good flavor as they crank up the heat. The hot wings for me are the best balance between the heat and the flavor. Oreland Pizzas calzones, stromboli and cheesesteaks are also all worth trying. In conclusion Oreland Pizza is a great local place to grab a pizza or something for a quick dinner at home.

This place has been around for decades, though owned by different folks through the years. While I’m nostalic for the old, crazy Greek owner, this latest incarnation is pretty damn good for your neighborhood pizza and steak joint. This isn’t really a destination restaurant, but if you are near this area, it’s a perfect spot to pick up a slice. Plus, the place moved a couple of doors down into a larger space than the orignal. This has allowed them to put in one of the largest beer cases I’ve seen! I mean the beer selection here rivals that of any I’ve seen in the area! I’ll swing in just to pick up a six-pack of some yummy micro-brews.
