I love, love, love Aubergine and Company! Their chopped salads aren’t my favorite. However, their Mediterranean bar is one of my favorite things to eat. Fresh, healthy food that is good for your body! I love to get either the falafel sandwich or salad. Both are great. I am always introducing new people to Aubergine and they always fall in love.

Probably my favorite place to eat in Provo/Orem. The food is excellent– fresh and healthy and their gluten-free cheese rolls are seriously off the chain. Probably the best bread I’ve ever had. There’s so many things I still want to try but you can’t go wrong with their chicken pita sandwich. I’d also recommend trying their dairy free ranch dressing, cucumber/mint lemonade(sounds weird but it’s good) and the sweet potato bites. Plus that chandelier! The interior for sure gets 5 stars.

This place serves quality, healthy food. Salads and sandwiches all come with 6 filling options which they are very generous in their portions. My problem with it is that all their salads and sandwiches fillings are great on their own but when combined are a bit overwhelming. Also, there’s hardly any seasoning on anything. That may be a health decision, but everything needs a tad bit of salt and pepper to me. Acai bowls and smoothie are probably the best thing coming out of this place to me, but overall, not bad at all. I have friends with dietary guidelines to follow(of which I do not) and they all love this place, so maybe it’s just me, but only 3 stars for me.

I love the offerings here! The actual breakfast menu is small, but most people come for the açaï bowls and not the breakfast panini like I ate. I have had their putts for lunch and they are delicious! They offer so many different options to put in the pita and the salads. Everyone should be able to find something they like. Be warned: This is «healthy» food. If you are looking for food drenched in grease and sweetened with refined sugar you are at the wrong eatery. But if you are looking for a healthy alternative to regular fast food, this is the place.

The food is fresh! The menu offers incredible healthy meal options! However, it’s a little expensive, but that’s understandable when one considers how rare actual fresh produce is in Utah. I recommend the lemonades!

I really wish there were more places like this in Provo/Orem. Places that actually offer vegetable heavy/healthy dishes. Apart from being healthy, you get this phenomenal warm cheese bread with your salad. I have been craving another piece ever since I ate my salad yesterday. The reason I do not give this place 4 stars, is purely because of the organization. The way the restaurant is set up is HORRIBLE. There are three separate lines depending on what type of food you want. Customers never know exactly where to go and are just smashed together in this mishmashed line. There isn’t an easy way for the person who is making your food to transfer it to you, so there is this awkward hand-off near the register. All of the spoons/forks knives are also right in front of the register, so everyone stands there waiting for you to gather your cutlery/napkins since they still need to pay. PLEASE pay someone to come in an organize your restaurant to make the process flow more smoothly. It would really improve the experience and quality of the restaurant.

Food is seriously delicious. But eating diamonds is cheaper. Serious sticker shock for a meal with cluttered/messy atmosphere and eating off a tray.

This place is just not good. I also have a big issue with the fact that they sell salad dressings that contain sugar yet they don’t list it on the ingredients so people think they are getting something much healthier than they are. Their sauces are not whole30 approved.

Their acai bowls are fantastic! I love the atmosphere here, the employees are very friendly and my food is always fresh. A little on the expensive side, but I would rather pay a little extra for healthy food than go elsewhere.

This is such a cute place for salads, smoothies and Acai bowls. I got Thai Acai bowl and it has so many flavors. It’s topped with bananas, granola and coconut flakes. It’s pretty good, I will definitely be coming back. I would love to stop by here for a hike up Provo canyon.

It baffles me how such a great place like Aubergine and Company can exist and somehow, people still go to chain salad places down the street where quality and nutrition are completely compromised. I really Aubergine and I can promise you that if you are hesitant for one reason or another. I doubt you will be let down if you just give it a try. The menu is huge and diverse so you are almost guaranteed to find something you like. The great thing is, there is something for everyone no matter how picky or gluten intolerant you may be. I personally love the salads and more often then not end up picking one of their signature salads and customizing it to fit my liking and taste. The whole wheat pita is delightful if you’re feeling like a some sort of sandwich. The juices, smoothies, and shakes offered are vast and diverse and the couple I’ve tried have all been tasty. The only hang up for me is that the ordering process can get a little confusing, cluttered, and hectic. to say the least. Kind of poorly thought out in my opinion. All in all, Aubergine is the bee’s knees.

Very odd experience here for me. I was looking forward to experiencing a new restaurant that had gluten free sandwiches, and health food.(I am in UT for a one night stay for a doctor appointment). I was optimistic walking in because it was very busy; however, I felt very confused as there were multiple places to order. The layout of this place was not too thought out and seemed hectic. The girl was looking at me waiting for me to state my order so I explained that I had never been there before. I asked for a gluten free sandwich but they were out of gluten free bread. She let me know that I could order a salad with Mediterranean toppings or one with normal toppings. Then I was even more confused. I go ahead and order two small salads and the worker put a chickpea topping on the wrong salad. She hesitated for a moment and continued to take a handful off of my mothers salad(also picking up quinoa) and plop it on to mine, but I had to stop her because I have a bad allergic reaction to quinoa. She asked if I wanted the falafel on top or chopped in the salad and I said on top. They then continued to chop the falafel into the salad… They don’t have vinegar and were out of the soup I ordered, too. The cashier didn’t really apologize or ask to fix the situation and I didn’t feel as though it was a huge mistake. I added a star because it’s a good concept and the food was good. Overall, It was just a very confusing and slightly frustrating customer experience. I understand it could have just been an off day with possibly a new employee but consistency is key in food service.

Aubergine is really one of the only«real healthy» places to eat in Utah County. Everything I have tried here is awesome! The menu is huge, healthy, and so good! The produce they use is as fresh as it gets and the way they prepare your food is seriously an art piece. They have great Acai and Dragonfruit bowls that are also a must try. Parking is easy. Vibe of the place is awesome and decorated very well!

Aubergine was one of the first places around here to have acai bowls that I was aware of. They still have some the best in my opinion. Their salads are amazing there. Don’t let their many options intimidate you as to what to get there. Just ask their friendly employees what to get there. This place has great food, the only downsides are the price and the wait for the food. I’ve always had to wrait at least 15 minutes.

My review is based solely on the fact that I get Aubergines Pita Sandwiches and drinks. I have had the salad once and that is why it is only 4 stars and not 5. Let me tell you. Order a smoothie and the custom pita sandwich(with falafel) and you will not be disappointed! There are certain things you must avoid: 1. Chicken 2. Salmon Just a fun note for you Utah peeps. If you are buying Salmon here in state, and you are paying less than $ 25 for that plate, please expect it to be underwhelming. That’s just a fun fact for you land-lockers. Other than that, they got good Acai bowls. Better than most around.

I chose food from the Mediterranean bar, and I liked how I could get as many toppings as I wanted. I tried them all! I also ordered the salmon for some protein, but it was a pasty non-color(not at all pink) and looked like dishwater and didn’t taste like much. So I’m not sure I’d do that again. I also ordered the coconut milk hot chocolate, and though I love coconut milk and use agave often in my hot chocolate at home(as they do at Aubergine), it did not taste good! It really didn’t taste like anything. So I brought it to their attention, and they added more sprays of their hot chocolate mix, and it at least tasted sweeter, so that was good. In all, I would go back. Lots of vegetables, quick to order, and well prepared. A win!

I went here with my wife expecting a sort of hole in the wall kind of place but wow we were blown away by the food quality, taste and ambience. A sort of crowded menu board apart everything at this place screamed of healthy ingredients. Fresh juice, baked sweet potato sides and their delicious falafel. If you want tasty fulfilling and a economical dinner that also embraces vegan and gluten free options in the menu with a sort of upscale yet casual ambience like sort of the perfect marriage, then this is the place to go. Do not miss out on the experience, go here and enjoy a good meal and yes of course do try their pita bread with hummus and falafel in it and you won’t be disappointed. 5 star rockstar place to me and I would definitely keep coming back to this place. Guys keep it up

Aubergine is one of the few restaurants, if not the only restaurant in Utah county that truly promotes healthy eating and living. Plastered on the wall in decorative vinyl is their saying, «Eat Better, Feel Different. Your health is our first priority.» Upon further investigation of the menu, it is hard to disagree with them. From Mediterranean sandwiches and salads, to soups and fresh made Açai and smoothies, this place is a dream. I haven’t been here enough to try the entire menu, but from my experience thus far I’ll give it a solid 4 stars. The last week I have been starting my mornings off with an Açai bowl. Their Açai menu has around 9 bowls, all with various fruits and power foods topped on top of some blended Açai. It isn’t the best I’ve ever had, but it is certainly the best in Utah county. However, it comes at a price. A small 16 oz bowl will cost you $ 8.95 on average. It tastes fresh, but I don’t feel incredible after eating it. The interior is decorated nicely with a moderately rustic and modern décor. The lines are somewhat confusing, with these little signs trying to tell you where to go which hardly make sense in all of the commotion of the lunch hour rush. If you are looking for a spot to eat truly healthy and honestly prepared food, this is your place. Expect to spend just a little bit more than your usual lunch, but most of the time it will be worth it.

Ok, so I’m going to try not to get caught up in the hype. But Aubergine is good! My wife and I had never been there before and we decided to try it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our many questions and were very polite. I’m not a help food nut, so I wasn’t sure what to get so I took her suggestion. I got the Dream salad. It was delicious with apples, candied walnuts, red and green peppers, grape tomatoes and an assortment of other delicious veggies. It came with a Jalapeño creamy dressing that I can still taste. The con for freshness is the price. Unfortunately words like«organic» come with a pretty steep price tag. I didn’t feel like the price was too steep, however I do feel that Aubergine has a huge change to turn the idea of eating out around. It really is a shame that you can go out and buy a pound of beef for $ 0.99, and a pound bag of fresh spinach for $ 9.99. I digress. Overall impression of Aubergine is if I continue to go my stomach will get thin on some very delicious food, unfortunately so will my wallet!

I wish I lived in provo just for this place! I had an Acai Bowl that was honestly so delicious. It was big, lots of delicious fruit, the granola was great, and I would eat one everyday if I could. I also had a build-your-own salad, which was delicious. There was a large variety of ingredients that were all super fresh and so good. I loved this place. COMEHERE you will love it. And it isn’t ridiculously expensive either. 100% worth it.
