I needed an outside storage closet door unlocked and was helped by Randy from Orem Locksmith Service. He did a quick, amazing job and even offered to turn the door knob right side up because apparently it had be installed upside down. He was a little late to my appointment but called ahead to warn me that he was stuck at another lock out service which I really appreciated. Pricing was very reasonable and the best I found after calling a few other businesses in the area. I couldn’t have been more happy with the honest service I received! Thank you Orem Locksmith Service!

Don’t bother with these guys! Their work is crap they’re kind of shady and they don’t show up when they say they will! they try and sell you this great product and talk it up and charge top dollar. then what they install is the cheapie crap at Home Depot or Lowe’s! What’s worse is less than a month after they’ve installed the stuff it’s literally falling out of the door. Seriously an ape with a pocket knife could do a better job installing locks than these guys. I’d call and complain but it’s not worth my time and I don’t believe they’d trying fix it. The door is ruined And I cannot put another lock on the door. I cannot afford to go buy another door so they can come back and screw it up again.

Seriously, worst place ever. I got in a bind and needed keys reprogrammed, they told me that my Subaru is hard to program but that I should be okay. Well, $ 350 and 90 miles later I end up stranded on the freaking side of the road in the middle of no where because my key programming as failed. I then have to spend another $ 600 to get back home as well as to go get the key programmed at the dealership. Don’t waste your time here, this is bullshit and they charge a lot for poor service.

Randy from Orem Locksmith was super helpful to me! I was part of a locksmith scam with another «company» and he was super helpful in getting me information to help recover the costs. I regret not calling them first! The next time I need a locksmith, I’m calling these guys! Tons of integrity here…

These guys are great! If you need a key that needs to be programmed for a new car, get it here.
It took 15 minutes (the Honda dealership said it would take an hour). They are open till six. So if you work till five it gives you plenty of time to get there and get your key done. Then, he asked me how much the dealership quoted me. I told him $ 80, which was what he had quoted me as well. He said, we want to make sure we’re cheaper than the dealer, so I’ll charge you $ 75. Awesome!
