Great food, great prices. quirky but cute atmosphere. gotta try the fajitas… this may not be an official Mexican restaurant but both the fajitas and the ‘Utah Steak sandwich’ are my favs.

I’ve been to the Steak Center a ton of times since it opened — it’s become my go-to place in Utah Valley. The goods: Prices — very reasonable for what you get — local meat and produce, generous portions, great flavor Flavors — I love the taste of the grass fed sirloin and the ribeye. They’ve also got killer macaroni and cheese and barbeque sauce. My favorite is the spicy. If it was socially acceptable, I would seriously swim in the stuff. Employees/Management — Super responsive, friendly, and attentive. They want to make sure you enjoy your meal and that you have a good time. Some of the best staff I’ve come across. Local touch — Not just a bunch of tchochkies on the wall, instead it’s an homage to the culture of the valley. Funeral potatoes, green jello(it’s actually great and I hate jello), slush, and so on. The bads: I can’t think of any. Initially the menu was in flux a bit, but that’s been resolved. Bottom Line: I can’t get enough of it!

LOCALBEEF! Seriously, nuff said! Steak Center uses a lot of local ingredients and has reasonable prices. I was shocked to see that the price of a 12 oz local ribeye with a huge side was less than the same sized cut from Outback or Texas Roadhouse(it’s about $ 12.) In addition to the local products, Steak Center is a celebration of local food – Utah cult classics like funeral potatoes, green bean casserole, and even GREENJELLO get a makeover to appear on the menu as legitimate sides. All in all, it was completely awesome!
