I’ve never had a bad experience at Spa Trouve. Everyone there is so friendly and I get into my appointments right on time. They’re very knowledgeable and respectful since I was a total newbie and asked a lot of annoying questions. They’re great.

Spa Trouve doesn’t deserve any stars. I was a client of the Orem Elase location for many, many years. My experiences were always positive, I felt welcomed whenever I went in, and their staff – both the front staff and the professionals – were excellent. I never had a reason to complain. Unfortunately, when the business was sold all that changed. Now the staff is cold and unwelcoming, and as another reviewer mentioned, appointments are always late; I’ve had to wait 30 – 60 minutes beyond my appointment time. No one apologizes, no one cares. And then there are the injectors: terrible, except for Brook, who is great. The last time I was in there the bruising was so severe and covered so much area I couldn’t even cover it up with makeup. The Botox didn’t take; whether it was a bad batch or a problem with the injector, I don’t know. A few weeks later when I brought it to their attention, they wouldn’t talk to me about it. They could at least have had me come in and done an evaluation and maybe tried to work something out. I paid $ 500 for nothing! I’ve had enough Botox that I know what the results should be. But again, as another reviewer stated, their attitude is «it’s not our problem.» I’m done with Spa Trouvé; I will gladly drive to Draper to Elase where the staff is pleasant and the professionals are qualified and caring.

UPDATE: The spa director reached out to me directly and we had a very open and frank conversation about my experiences. She listened and made suggestions of how the spa could make sure appointments are on time and preferences for injectors and injection assistants could be honored; it was important to her that the staff get feedback on how to connect with clients. She was genuinely interested in making the spa a good and smoothly-run business and she’s made good on every promise she made during our conversation. It says a lot about a business when they see the point of view of the customer and try to improve upon what any customer experiences. I am now a regular client and am glad I gave this business another chance. ___________________________________________________________ Unfortunately, this medical spa started warm and friendly and now they’ve raised prices, appointments are always late(injection appts are 15 – 30 min behind), and they don’t care. If you have a preference for an injector, they don’t honor it. Their attitude is «not my problem». Disappointing.
