Ugh. After waiting months for this location to open, I’m sad to say it wasn’t that great! I was excited that the service was fast, and the manager on duty the night I went in was super excited and on top of her employees’ hand washing practices, but the food was disappointing. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, a chicken burrito bowl, and a carnitas burrito bowl, along with a side of chips and guac. The chips were less limey than normal, but they did have the excessive salt that makes them so addicting. The guac was pretty good! The quesadilla was the only food item that was given to me warm. It wasn’t cut, though, so I’m happy I took it to go and was able to cut it at home so that I didn’t have to try to eat a ginormous taco in the car! The rice, beans, and meats were all cold, despite the ingredients being kept in the hot water bath like normal. Either they were transferred from the fridge to the water bath without enough time for them to warm up(old! gross!), or the water bath was turned off(health code violation??). They were out of corn salsa and fajita veggies, which are 2 of the best things that Chipotle carries. Considering there were 3 hours until closing, this was pretty sad. They were also out of forks and knives, which was just poop icing on the turd cake. This location gets a little leeway considering it’s new and the staff is super green and in training. The leeway ends with the serving of cold food… that shiz is unacceptable.

Received a free burrito bowl via a manager comp out of the blue. What a pleasant surprise. Thank you! We will certainly be back. Love Chipotle and glad to see this location open.
