Good food and service. Blackened fish tacos with mango salsa were very good. Hubby enjoyed his steak and crab cakes. Server was attentive and it was pretty busy. Will definitely go back.

This is a monthly spot for my friends and I. For one thing, if you like sweet and spicy(and martinis), try the Tropic Heat martini. I am addicted. If I ever have to to go to AA, it would be for this drink alone. I am absolutely in love with it and everyone should try it at least once. I was skeptic at first. Mango? Pineapple? JALAPENO? Yes… and it’s the perfect combo. Anyway, the food is also very good. I love their version of au gratin potatoes and their bread and oil is awesome. I’ve had their lobster, haddock, chicken caeser salad, bang bang shrimp coconut shrimp, several desserts…(list goes on), and everything has been good and consistent. Wait staff and bartenders have always been extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend coming here!

Last time we went the service was poor and the food not so good. For what we had to pay you don’t pop get much food and the quality was bad. The lamb chops were over chared and very small. The couple that was with us could not even understand what we were eating. Find another place.

Excellent service and great food! Our server Cynthia was very helpful in suggesting menu options as this was our first time eating there. The pan seared Ahi tuna bowl was very good. Also try the waygu beef and ginger potstickers!

I visit my mom in the suburbs when I have a weekday off and we always try different lunch spots. We decided to give this place a shot. The warm bread and herbed olive oil was really good. We had the bang bang shrimp to start and it was overwhelmingly dressed with mayonnaise. The portion was large, but I couldn’t eat much of it. I had the baja fish tacos with salad for my entrée. The salad was decent, but the tacos were mediocre. Unfortunately, the complimentary bread and olive oil was the best part of our meal. We won’t be back.

My husband and I went here and the service was amazing. The food was spectacular. I ordered the scallops and shrimp with garlic mash potatoes and spinach. My husband ordered the salmon. Both meals were very good. Will dine there again.

I am not a seafood eater but I will make a point to come here for their Bang Bang Shrimp. Came here on a Wednesday evening, I recommend a reservation after 6pm. They have their Bang Bang Shrimp for $ 6 instead of the usual $ 10.50. How can you pass that up? Service was great but the poor table next to us was having a heck of a time with their waitress. Anyway, my husband had the soft she’ll crab and I had the filet mignon. It was cooked right but I don’t care for the grill like taste it had. Not sure if it was lighter fluid used to start the grill or what but… yuck.

I’ll preface this by saying we came here on a hunt for really good scallops. For appetizers we had the bacon wrapped scallops. They were ok, not great but edible. We had recently been to two brothers and had bacon wrapped scallops and without comparison two brothers was better. For dinner we both ordered scallops and shrimp. I had the Mac and cheese and spinach as sides, while my fiancé had broccoli and potatoes. This is where the meal really went downhill. Everything was bland and tasted like it had been microwaved. I couldn’t eat the spinach as it was just terrible. The potatoes and broccoli were horrible, how do you mess that up? It all tastes like old microwaved food. The scallops again had almost no flavor and were tiny. Seeing as it is supposed to be grilled you’d expect a seared crust. Nope. Plain, gross, boring. Not worth the money. I was very disappointed considering this is a fish place that their scallops honestly sucked.

This is one of my favorite restaurants, I love the Bang Bang Shrimp and the Imperial Tilapia, the crab and corn chowder is a good start and the drinks are awesome also. I have always had excellent knowledgeable servers that make the dinner experience complete. Your review helps others learn about great local businesses. So it’s New years eve, we made 5pm reservations arrived on time to be told 30 to 40 minutes wait. The people that walked in without a reservation were told about a 45 minute wait. Can you say over booked? Can you say all about the dollars and who cares about the customers? Can you say hello Yucca. Honestly why anyone with a 5pm reservation would wait 30 to 40 minutes is beyond me. 1 star 1−2−16 Management contacted us(I left the same comment on their website) today and apologized for the issue and offered a gift card. I appreciate the prompt response, so we will give the food a try… just not on a holiday. 2 stars for now, will update after the next visit.

Excellent service and great food !!! We were here for my birthday during lunch. The staffs are really professional and attentive. Our server was really sweet too! We ordered calamari and bang bang shrimp as our appetizers along with the recommendation from our waitress the lobster stuffed shrimp. We received the appetizers minutes after we ordered, good timing ! Calamari and bang bang shrimp are great. The lobster stuffed shrimp is yummy too. For my main course I had the lunch special with a cup of the crab corn chowder and fish tacos. Good lunch portion ! The corn chowder is good, not the best and the fish tacos are a bit on the bland side. My daughter had the grilled chicken from the kids menu, it’s awesome that they are served in slices for the kids, thought that was really thoughtful ! We end our meal with crème brûlée and brownie sundae. Both are excellent ! Overall great experience !

Went here with my wife and daughter the other day. This place is still as good as usual. Over time the quality stays consistant as I have now been here at least 12 times since it opened, This time around I had the lamb lolichops appetizer. It was really well prepared and tender. There a 3 nice sized chops per order. I reccomend this one especially if you like lamb. My family is mostly land lubbers and as such there is a fair selection of meat dishes to choose from for those folks who are not seafood-aholics like myself. They had the filet mignon which was very good they said. The sides of garlic mashed and au gratin were very good as well. I had one of the specials which was the seabass with grilled shrimp. It came with fresh grean beans and jasmine rice. This is a really good dish. Also we tried the red pepper soup which is also very good. Another seasonal side we tried was the pumpkin ravioli. There was 4 small pieces topped with some light cream and garnish. They were also very good. We also tried the house and ceasar dinner salads which are alway good as well. And finally there was the pumkin crème brûlée. Very unique and a real treat to top of this dining experience. Finally I must mention one of the specialty drinks. It was a fresh pear martini made with pear purée. A real winner! Get your seafood on!

I surprisingly don’t have anything bad to say about my lunch here. Its not a place I would normally pick but my girlfriend wanted me to meet her here one day after work so I agreed. She is sensitive to gluten and they do offer a gluten free menu. I cant remember what she ordered but she was happy. I had the lunch special of blackened fish tacos and the corn chowder soup. It was really good and filled me up until the next day! The service was friendly and she did not rush us as we were catching up about work. If I am in Orland Park again I would be willing to try more dishes here.

Brunch was good. Reasonable. I had the bang bang shrimp eggs benedict. Eggs were cooked perfectly. Nice to see asparagus on the menu. My son had the crème Brule french toast. Wow, that was tastey. My date had the crab Oscar asparagus omelet. Not bad, thought the crab portion was weak. They could a knocked it outta park on this but came up short. Strawberry shortcake was very good. Bloody mary was too sweet. Bacon was a nice touch. And it didn’t have olives. Go figure.
