Do yourself a favor and don’t pick delivery. The delivery person calls when they arrive at the person’s house and doesn’t even give the courtesy of a call before to make sure someone is home. The delivery person is rude, the store does not care their drivers are rude and they could care less about someone’s satisfaction… all about the money and lack of any decent customer service.

I made my first purchase as a gift for my mom’s birthday. I browsed the website, picked out my preferences, set the date and time and I was done. I did it a week ahead of time, and by my 9:00am pick-​up time, I was in and out of the store in less than 3 minutes. It took longer for me to drive there than to actually pick it up! I wouldn’t recommend coming into the store hoping there are arrangements already there. It would be a waste of money if they had a few already ready-​for-​purchase and nobody buys them daily. Especially since they are made fresh everyday. The arrangement was pretty and fresh. I easily found a coupon for 5 dollars off in a newspaper so don’t forget to take advantage of that. Delivery is also available if you can’t pick it up yourself for a fee.

My first preference for a Mother’s Day gift. The staff were helpful, but they had such a small variety of options in their cooler. Only two arrangements, which in fact, someone came in while I was there staring at the fridge to grab both while I was contemplating. Both were in the $ 60 range, which was the reason for my procrastination. The website made it seem like the store would have a huge selection, at various prices, for pick up and purchase. Such not the case here.
Yes, I know that floral and fruit arrangements are in high demand for this occasion, but you’d think they would be chugging more out of their kitchen.
They wouldn’t take any more orders either, which was another disappointment. Note to store: for this kind of occasion, and with such a hard economy, stock up on your fruit, and hire more staff. You are only losing business.
Clean store and nice staff earn one star each.
