Forever 21

Ugh! I used to be in love with this particular store. This location has serious gone down! I am a fairly plus sized girl. My waist and upper body can fit in a m/​L shirt but my booty and legs are a different deal. I usually snag a shirt from the regular section and travel to the other side of the store to Forever+ for bottoms. I am disgusted with this location now. The selection is minimal and the store is always a mess. CLOTHES EVERYWHERE!!! Organization is God awful. The only reason I would go in this location is for jewelry! Otherwise, I go to the Forever 21 in Chicago Ridge. That one is superb!

The staff’s attitude was sooooo bad. My mom and I went to the store and we both wanted to find some new outfits. BUT when we were looking, the staff came to us and told us we are NOT ALLOW go into here because we cannot bring drinks. He didn’t say «sorry, but could you please compromise» those gently words, it make me and my Mom so awkward at that time. We had been shopping in this store a long time, we bring drinks many times in the past. Also I saw there is another lady bring a drink who is also in the store. Today is a really bad day just because this guy. I promise I will never visit the Forever 21 in Orland Square mall ever.

This is an awesome Forever 21! I would say they have a similar selection to the one in Yorktown, but that one has 2 times the square footage which makes this one a little more cramped. You may run into one (or ten) racks while perusing but it’s worth it.
I ended up spending about $ 80 here but I ended up with quite a few items. I love their clothes because they’re so cheap and on trend, but don’t expect amazing quality. It’s a trade off but I’ve been happy with everything I’ve bought from Forever 21.
The employees around the store did that whole «I’m going to avoid eye contact so I don’t have to help you» thing that drives me bonkers, but the girl at checkout was really friendly.
If you’re looking for cheap clothes, check out this F21. Make sure to try everything on though, as their return policy is pretty strict. No cash returns, but you can make in store exchanges with receipt and with tags attached.
