Guess

This past Easter weekend me and my best friend shopped here…
There she bought a pair of jeans and I was just looking around. She ended up buying said jeans. I tried on some black leggings and liked them but didn’t buy them because I wasn’t sure about them.
I looking at some earrings and a bracelet but didn’t buy them.
We left guess and continue shopping at Orland mall and visited other stores…
I decided I really liked the earrings and went back to buy them. On my way out after I bought them, I wanted to try the earrings on so I tried to open them and I could not pry one of the clasps on the earrings open no matter how much I tried. I tried with all my strength and ended up accidentally breaking one of the earrings.
I just paid $ 22 for those and I was furious so of course I went back to see if I can exchange them for another pair. I went back and explained to one of the girls that works there what happened and she tried to give me another pair and tried to open those to see if they were good but she couldn’t do it so she got another pair and those opened so she gave me those… I was thankful for that. This was all on Saturday.
The next day or a day after that I decided I wanted the black leggings that I tried on before…
So when I want to buy them one of the girls made a comment that I had been there «like all weekend»…
I didn’t know that being there a single Saturday constitutes for being there «all weekend»…
Anyway so today me and my friend went back there because my friend wanted to check out more jeans and I also wanted to ask if I could return the original black leggings that I got because I had found some today from Express that fit me way better today…
Anyways we barely got a greeting and when we asked if I could returned my jeans the girl with the black shoulder length hair just kind of glared at us with a very cold unwelcoming demeanor… I could just feel like she didn’t like us or want us there… My friend noticed it too. They barely tended to us at that time…
She told me I needed a receipt to return the jeans. So I went home got the jeans and found the receipt. Came back and returned them.
So when I went to return the jeans the girl with the shoulder length black hair gave me this crazy death stare… if looks could kill…
After age glared at me for a couple minutes she barely muttered a hey and didn’t even smile. I returned the jeans and in the, process she warmed up a little but it was obviously fake.
Anyway the girls that work here weren’t really helpful, only the first time we went in. The other two times they were cold, rude, and catty. Very unpleasant. Not planning on going back for a while and thank God since I returned those jeans I won’t have to.

Finally i found deals at this Guess. Although for many it may seem a bit pricey, I found it to be very fair for a Guess Store. The merchandise was really good quality (although you never know if the clothes were made by young kids in poor countries, But I digress, I found some pretty good items at a deal.
If you like a nice store with nice labels and I guess nice prices, than by all means come through and shop, if not, I am sure the mall will have other stores that may accommodate your liking.
