Infiniti of Orland Park

When I began my search to purchase my new Infiniti, I called and/​or visited about 3 dealerships. Price was very high on my list, however, customer service played a huge role as well. Orland Park was able to provide me with both. Caleb, my salesman, was extremely helpful and continues to accommodate me by answering any questions that I have about my vehicle! No matter the issue, he will walk me through it! I would definitely purchase from Orland Park Infiniti and Caleb again!

Coming into Infinity of Orland Park was the BEST decision I could have made. My husband and I couldn’t have received better customer service. We both purchased many many cars, but this by far, was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership in my life. Gary is a lifesaver, Sherri made it possible for us to get the loan payment we had in mind, and Dorie made the finance paperwork (that’s usually a nightmare) a piece of cake. Oh, don’t let me forget the owner, Chuck Piano, he was the last piece of the puzzle to make sure we walked out of Infinity with the car we wanted! I would NEVER buy a car from another dealership in my life! Infinity of Orland is my new home. I felt comfortable, I didn’t feel pressured and anything I needed, they accommodated! They are a very friendly group of people. I would recommend Infinity of Orland to everyone I know!!! I can’t say this enough, THANKS INFINITY OF ORLAND!!!

When I was searching to buy a certified pre-​owned Infiniti, I checked this location, because it is the closest to where I live. I wasn’t very impressed with the prices, so I ended up buying elsewhere.
I have been back several times for service and have been happy with the experience. The technicians are courteous and the prices are competitive with other dealerships.

This establishment epitomizes all that is wrong with auto dealerships. I purchased a used G37x from this dealership and while that deal was not bad — all of my dealings with the dealership since then have been deplorable.
I attempted to use my company’s pre-​negotiated rate and was quoted a 2 year old model and 8k over what the current model goes for new.
Never doing business with them again.

I’m glad to know that other customers have had a terrible experience with Infiniti of Orland Park. I had a disagreement with the Service Manager and as a result he asked me to retrieve my vehicle because they were not going to do the work on my car. I gladly retrieved my vehicle and have not looked back as their are many Infiniti dealers that would love and appreciate my business. The Infiniti dealer that now services my vehicle is very professional and customer focused I will continue to go their and purchase my next Infiniti from them. It’s unfortunate and apparent that the Service Manager at Infiniti of Orland Park believes he is doing customers a favor by allowing Infiniti of Orland to service their car, his behavior will cause customers to go else where, which is what I have done. Infiniti of Orland will never get another $$$ from me.

I bought my car from here years back, but refuse to use their service department that sucked then and the same today.
I was in the area and decided to give them a chance again, sorry I did.
They never honor other Infiniti dealers service coupons and are not friendly which appears to be forced at best.
Some nice lady called me back a few days later for a follow up. You think after I expressed my unhappiness that the service department manager would call me back to try to make it right. Still waiting. They just sucked.

I bought my Infiniti QX56 at this dealership. What a mistake! The purchase was not a problem except the manager attempting high pressure tactics at the end of the sale (I had already made up my mind.) Anyhow the service department is run by unprofessional individuals who don’t seem to value the time of the customers that they serve. They refused to service my vehicle when I brought it in (with an appt) for the brakes knocking. They sent me back out with it knocking and reset the maintenance reminders. Then when the brakes locked… they said it wasn’t under warranty. Hmm this is the same warranty that the store manager boasted about which made it ok for me to pay greater then blue book value for the car.
I only bought this car a year ago and was really looking at the Lexus. The Infiniti staff is not a staff that operatse like a «luxury» dealership. I will blow a grand out of pocket to pay for my car repairs (which is probably what I would have paid there even with the warranty in place.) But buyers beware… don’t buy from these crooks… head on down the road to the competition.
