YET AGAIN — our order was messed up! Who is working at this location??? Ordered 3 sandwiches for delivery — 2 of 3 were WRONG. Called back to tell them, and not only was the person giving me an attitude, it took me about 5 times to get them to understand what I was saying!!! With so many people unemployed, can this location not find any employees who can comprehend and take an order correctly??? UNREAL. Sadly, this is the only location that delivers to my neighborhood! BEYOND annoyed (this happens 1 out of every 3 times we order)

This place sucks actually. We ordered 2 sandwiches, they forgot my turkey on the #11 and forgot the tomatoes on the #5. Probably will come back here just cause it’s so close but I’ll be up their asses next time:)

The food is great, the place is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. The only thing I’ve had a problem with has been the delivery at this specific JJ. I live across the street and had to call and cancel my order after waiting over 50 minutes and previously calling twice to ask where they were. It’s unfortunate to not meet up to the advertisement of freaky fast delivery, but the food itself is great and worth the short drive.

Girl got my order wrong. I ordered a turkey slim no mayo sub mustard and instead got only turkey and bread dry. Disappointed. Easy order why the mess up!

I’ve been a fan of Jimmy Johns for years. My go to sub is the #9 Italian Night Club. I’ve visited this JJ’s many times over the years and have always had great experiences.
My wife and I ate here this past Saturday night. The store was clean, the service was prompt and the employes were pleasant. Jessica helped us. She seems like a great employee.
Overall I think this place is excellent! 5 stars!
