Lucy’s Nails

Totally disapointed in this place. I normally go to VIP nails and love it there however I was recommended to go here by a friend and see Lucy and I will not ever go back. As sweet as Lucy was her no chip manicure was terrible. All she did was cut the skin around my nails then put the polish on in which the polish was brushed onto my skin and i thought she would remove it. She kept saying polish then we done. Which is exactly what was done. no cuticle remover and put lotion on my hands and said ok we done. I had to keep showing her and the other nail tech how she missed spots on my nails near the edges. She also had 6 women come in as a family to have their nails done and she only had one other nail tech working so i felt very rushed and left with nail polish on my skin. very unprofessional and just awful. I could have done a better job myself quite honestly. Then she tells me its 30 dollars anyways i ended up giving her a 4.00 tip and then come to find out my credit card was charged 36.00 so she added an extra 6.00 to her tip or she failed to even tell me or have a sign posted that there was a charge for using a credit card. Im extremely disapointed in this salon as i rarely get my nails done and when i did as a treat to myself for the holidays it was awful. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else.

This was I first time at this Salon. I was served by the owner lady Ms. Lucy, who is very nice but talks a lot. The manicure was done really poorly: no pushing or cutting cuticles, polish applied was messy and going on my fingers, not only nails. This was no chip manicure, which Ms. Lucy guaranteed for two weeks, however the polish started to come off within 7 days. My pedicure was no better: some of my toes got nail polish just halfway. Sorry, but not coming back, even to remove no chip. Very disappointed…

I love This place! They do such an excellent job and really care about you as a person! They are amazing and always so clean! I am so happy to have found this place. I will not go anywhere else but here :) I recommend this place to anyone!

If you could go to a different nail salon I highly recommend it. The person who was doing my nails told me he’s the best but was rushing to do my pedicure and my no chip. My no chip didn’t even last a week and it already started to peel. Also my thumb nail wasn’t painted all the way. This was the first time I went there because it was close to my house but it is definitely my last time as well.

They filed my nails down so much, it cut my nails. My nails were bleeding! Never again.

I have never had a regular manicure last more than a few days, but each time I have been here it has lasted up to a week. I have been very pleased with the pedicures I have had as well. Each nail tech has been professional and has done a wonderful job. You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been going to Lucy’s nails since they opened 10 years ago. Great family owned and operated nail salon. Lucy and her brother Jimmy do a wonderful job on my nails and pedicures. Lucy has done my brows as well. Extremely pleasant environment with affordable prices. I would highly recommend Lucy’s nails to anyone. Love this place!

I will not go back. A gentleman did my manicure and the polish is streaky, uneven and messy. I understand that nail salons will have strong smells but this place was extremely bad. It smelled like they smoked inside. It also was so dirty that the fans at the stations were covered in dust/​dirt that blew onto my nails when turned on.

Great prices, not so polish options. They don’t have any of the new OPI or Essie collections, or even last year’s collections for that matter. Lucy is nice and does an ok job on acrylics, but I’ve had better.

I like Lucy’s Nails. It is always clean and neat. The pedicure massage chairs are wonderful. They have OPI and other polishes.
