Last week I was coming down with a cold and I wanted soup. Used the drive through to order the chicken soba noodle soup. There were 3 cars ahead of me so I knew I was going to have to wait. When I got to the speaker to order, an employee immediately apologized for the wait. When I arrived at the window to pick up my order, the employee again was pleasant and thanked me for my patience. My soup was delicious as always and just what I needed. This is a great Panera location and I will be back.

Nothing to start off your morning right like a group of dirty old men sitting in the middle of the restaurant, commenting on and staring at every woman that walks by. That, and my «bacon», egg and cheese sandwich came with the tiniest piece of bacon ever. I’m from Wisconsin so maybe I just expect more meat on my sandwich. Cheese factor was satisfactory.

A family favorite due to the service and location. Once I had an incomplete salad(no grilled chicken) with a carry out order. The manager was quick to respond. Since then, the orders are never missing items and the service is great. A friendly staff will greet you at the register. This location is spacious and includes out door seating as well. You can never go wrong with the pick two specials. Their baker items and bagels are the best in the business.

The food is always good. The problem is the staffs there will make you feel like you owe them a million dollars. no class at all. I was there very early in the morning to grab a loaf of bread cuz they are the only store open. The fat lady looked at me as i have never seen any bread before. She made me repeat 3 times of what I want and she still got it wrong. It’s just a loaf of wheat bread baby, seriously?! If you don’t wanna ruin your day, don’t go there in the morning.

Panera is always good and the service is fast and the staff here is nice but this location is getting a 3 because their tables are always filthy! Its always messy in there.

The food is always good when they get it right. I am here at least once a week studying and I can honestly say at least 1 of my orders will be wrong. What is up with the bathrooms? Middle of winter, dead of summer it ALWAYS freezing in the bathroom. Can they afford to heat it please?

Food is great and always fresh but the line to wait is always long and at peak times the parking is terrible.

Today the place was dirty and they ran out of bread. Are you kidding me? I think both guys were trainees. One, I think was Steve didnt know what was going on and messing up all orders. I will not return.

I will choose this Panera over the one father north on LaGrange every time. I ordered here one time and they forgot a part of my order. It happens. So I called to let them know that it was forgotten and that I would come to pick it up. The manager himself met me to apologize and threw in a few free pastries. Customer service is not a forgotten art here.

Stopped by for a breakfast sandwich this morning. My favorite is the steak and egg bagel. It normally comes on poppyseed, but I chose the asiago cheese bagel.(Poppy seeds get caught in my teeth.) today I got double beef. Yummy. I enjoy fresh baked foods so I highly recommend these stores. I have never had a bad experience. What I like is that you can make your choice on how your sandwiches are made. And while their coffee is not Starbucks, it is usually hotter. What a shame! Gotta try the turkey sandwich for lunch with a pickle and chips. If you’ve never tried Panera’s, indulge.

Really like this Panera — sometimes… the only problem is they change managers like I change my underwear. I think they use this outlet as a training store for up-and-coming managers. Every couple of months there is a new manager. Some of these managers are absolutely tip-top…they know their stuff and run an excellent store. Some others — not so much. For everyones benefit — how can you run out of coffee at a coffee place??? No excuse… it usually is due to no one paying attention to the coffee urns. Nice pastries and good coffee(especially when it is full and fresh). I’ll keep showing up and seeing the management du jour.

Just minutes from the house, I drove over today to take advantage of the Cauliflower cheese soup. Upon making my order, the staff was clueless of the item that I wanted to order. The night before I’d receive an advertisement(I’m a «My Panera» card member) selling me on this dish. I knew that I needed to try it. No of the staff knew of this dish. I was told that I couldn’t have received an ad from Panera regarding this dish. I had to wipe out the trusty iPhone and show them the ad that I received. At that point I was then informed that it was only being tried at test stores… mind you, just seconds earlier this same manager stated that no such dish exists on the menu. You can imagine my disappointment. No other menu suggestions were provided and the number given me to contact corporate about the ad did not lead me to the corporate offices. Did I go overboard? Maybe. But its my money and my time and the advertisement stated that the dish is part of the September menu… which ultimately led me into their. The ad wooed me in. Not only did Panera not have the product, but Panera had never heard of it… except that at the last minute, the manager changed his story. The food here is typically decent… typical Panera… the staff are usually kind. The store is not the cleanest and usually tends to be unkempt.

I always love coming to Panera. They have really great quality food for good prices, plus the menu changes with the season, so I know I can get something different every time I go, and not get bored. Stores are clean, staff is friendly, and their hot chocolate is the best! ^*

HAHA! Joseph! You’re review was hilarious. I know how you feel, generally I just grab a paper, sit back, and wait for someone to give me a shove forward. I’m only kind of kidding. I try to go on off hours so I’m not dealing with a crowd of people vs a line. I like the general layout. It feels more intimate than most. It’s also clean and always buzzing with a good amount of people. Luckily I’ve never encountered a huge crowd, but again, I try to make that happen. I go here on quick breaks I can take because I work across the street. The service is pretty quick and the employees are nice. I still get so excited about my Panera card. I think it is hilarious what I hear people rejecting the offer to sign up for one. SUCKERSTAKETHE WALK-you want this card. I’ve gotten two free smoothie/frozen coffee drinks and have other freebies on the way. I generally stick to a bagel when I go here, again, I’m on a quick schedule. I’m dying to get over there to try the new steak items they have. I also really hope that they bring back their tomato/mozzarella salad back in the summer. I crave that salad, although it’s easy to make at home, I prefer to get it here. Okay, now seriously, go sign up for your Panera card!

The employees here are always wonderful. And the food, while not inexpensive, is delicious. Yes, they serve real food products at Panera. And it’s as fresh as food gets. Try their soup in a sourdough breadbowl — yummmmmmm! Also, all there sandwiches and salads are super too! Last but not least are the bakery goods — double yummmm!!!

The sandwiches are good. I like the tuna on honey wheat, Italian combo, and the chicken Cesar. The soups are ok. Cheddar Broccoli is good. The chicken soup is good but kind of salty has a lot of sodium in it. Soup in a bread bowl is the best. Especially the sour dough bread bowl. My HUGE problem with this place though is they always tend to forget something when we call in and order. Then I come home and oh this is missing! Like I’m going to drive all the way back there for their mistake. Its best to eat there and not pick up an order. Oh and when you pick up an order go to the register because apparently that big sign that says order pick or called in orders doesn’t mean anything!

Good food, good coffee, good bread. But hold on… where am I supossed to stand to wait to place an order? In front of one of these cash registers? In front of the long glass bread counter? Behind these people in line? In front of a Panera employee working at a register? no… no…no… About 20′ from the registers in the entrance way vicinity seems to work for me sometimes. Often people will be meandering past me though and get serviced first somehow, by approaching a register employee at the seemingly opportune time(I can never seem to get this timing right). So anyway, where’s the menu? Oh, over there… and over there… and here let me take about 11 steps towards the bread counter to see what-ah kind-ah bread selections I can pick for my for my sandwich. Um, do you have white bread? Italian? oh… how about rye? No, um… let’s see… alright, I’ll take 7-grain. Do you have any soup? duh, ohh… soup’s are listed over there, on the fireplace. Also, the dinning area is pretty well staffed and this is a good thing. I’ve been often asked if my tray can be removed of the table while I’m still eatings. I don’t really get why they ask, cause I’m gonna need it to haul my soup bowl, silverware, and the slightly smaller tray that my sandwich & pickle was served on over to the dumper . Don’t get me wrong, despite my quasi-rant, I really do like the place. Good Food! Good Coffee! Good Bread(if that’s yar thing?). Fix the menu(s) & the order flow thing and I’ll be enjoyinhg it for a good long time.

This is great alternative to fast food, as Michelle S. said. Going here for a sandwich or bowl of soup instead of McDonalds would be a great idea. My favorite order would have to be a Strawberry smoothie and chicken noodle soup bread bowl. The bread bowl is cooked nicely, very rich in taste, and leaves you wanting more. This would be the dish I suggest to any newcomer. Their smoothies are fairly fresh, I find them to be not as good as Jamba Juice’s smoothies, but for the sake of location and atmosphere, I’ll let that go. They are, however, better than most smoothies in the area. It wouldn’t be fair to compare them to a café that specializes in smoothies. Give them a shot, they aren’t too bad at all. Now, the food may be good, and the atmosphere may be friendly, but one thing takes the cake for me, and that is the free Wi-Fi they offer. As a college student, I find this particularly helpful, seeing how I am constantly e-mailing professors about what we are studying in class.
