Absolutely the worst pizza! We decided to give them another chance. The previous time the amount of ingredients on our pizza made our pizza look like we order cheese pizza. We called the main customer service line and they stated that all managers are required to call u back to see what happened and never got a call. I scrapped it up. So, unfortunately I was dumb enough to order again. The pizza seemed smaller than the actual size and when we opened the box, we thought a frozen pizza looks better than this! Horrible, bland and the same issue with the ingredients. Do not go here! I guess maybe try to the oak forest location may be different owners. But that was the last time I will ever have Papa Johns. One franchise can ruin it for all.

Fast, hot delivery. Absolutely lousy pizza. Fluffyish toast-like crust. Very paltry, flavorless cheese that didn’t get within 2 inches of the edge. Sausage tastes like breakfast sausage. Blech. Buffalo wings completely undercooked with wiggly, floppy skin. Yes, they’re priced lower, but you DEFINITELY get what you pay for here. For a lifelong Chicagoan, to call this bland cheese-toast pizza is just ridiculous. There’s an old saying that pizza is like… a certain intimate activity: even when it’s bad, it’s still pretty good. Well, this pizza is like goin to bed with a 10 and wakin up with a cardboard cutout of a blow-up doll. Choose elsewhere.

I just checked into Georgios comfort Inn which appears to be just down the street and the manager said he didn’t know where Georgios is located? Really! I hung up. I don’t have time for people who waste my time. Upgrade your system to look up addresses!

Beyond the worst service I’ve ever experienced! Absolutely ignorant and very intimidating the manager expressed when I complained about service. I ordered from Papa John’s through GrubHub in which everything went smooth until the driver arrived. my fiancée made that transaction with him and in the process the driver dropped the pizza on the ground and actually picked up the pieces that fell onto the ground and put them back into the box! EW!!! In the mist of his frustration he never gave my fiancé any change and left with 15 extra dollars. I called GrubHub to ask not necessarily get the driver in trouble just to get our money back and when she called Papa John’s the driver completely lied and told the story backwards saying that my fiancé dropped the pizza and that he said he can keep the change. That was a flat out lie! The manager then called and said they were leaving for the night and to call the next day which I did and through a few hours of back-and-forth waiting for the manager deciding to call, he finally did and when he did, he screamed at me on the phone! He called me a liar and also called my fiancé a liar and said that they have a policy of no refunds but the most disturbing of all is that his tone was absolutely terrifying! He was screaming and enraged. I felt very threatened. he demanded that I pick up the money and be done with it! He also requested for the video surveillance because he knows we have it in the apartment of the transaction. It was the most bizarre experience I’ve ever had and I will never go there again!!! BEWARE!!!

The pizzas are good — I’ve ordered from the chain for a good decade now. The new(?) owner seems to thing technical support is responsible for the wrong pizzas being delivered. I had to speak with the owner for 15 minutes before he painstakingly allowed me to have what I ordered. Too much hassle to correct a simple problem. Hopefully someone else will pick up the chain in the area soon. 5 stars for great food. Minus four stars for having to waste time speaking with a restaurant owner who doesn’t take responsibility for mistakes.
