Soma Intimates

There is really nothing special about Soma Intimates, it’s just another intimate appearl store. It seems like another intimate department in a department store. However, the store’s setup is very nice and inviting; it makes you want to indulge in underwear and intimate appearl, but the associates are not too inviting. Asking them to fit you is like pulling teeth. The store advertises that they specialize in bra fittings, but the associate was unable to accurately size me, and she was very snobby about it and not wanting me try on bras that I believed were my size.
It’s a nice store, in that they really have great curb side appearance, but they do not live up to the hype that I saw on their advervisements. It’s just another underwear store, and I think I will be sticking to Victora’s Secret.

This place is terrible! Montana, the «manager» doesn’t know what she is doing. I went to this location to exchange a bra size (I was originally given the wrong size) and after exchanging it for the wrong size AGAIN, I had to refund it. They didn’t have my actual size in their store, so they ordered it from the Bloomington location. 2 weeks later, I still haven’t received my bra. I have spent the last 2 weeks on the phone with their corporate office trying to get a refund, and it has been so difficult since Montana did not do this correctly.
I am a medical professional, and one thing that I cannot tolerate is incompetency. Please think twice before going to this location for lingerie. Their staff really does not know what they are doing if it is beyond a simple transaction.
As much as I like their bras, I will NOT be shopping at this location again, and I would encourage everyone else not to as well.
