Top notch! The staff is just amazing. For a town like Orland, which doesnt have much on a larger city caliber, this is a great store as far as products… everything from paint to hardware to pet supplies. Love this place!

Best hardware store in town. There is always someone around to offer help if you need it, and I’m constantly amazed by the wide selection and extensive inventory. So glad to have this resource in a small town where there aren’t a lot of shopping options!

Worst customer service I have ever had. I walked in and asked if they carried plastic totes, and the lady said «yeah» and turned around and walked away… I couldn’t believe it…

I have had the opportunity to visit Orland Ace Hardware on a number of occasions since moving to Orland in October 2010. I have found the personnel, the supply and inventory, and the service section to be outstanding.

Ace Hardware is now open in their original location after having to relocate after a fire nearly gutted their store.
The new store is larger, cleaner, and more organized.
The staff are great and always willing to help you find what you need.
