Fantastic from to start to finish. 1st Class Moving helped me and my family move from Kissimmee FL to Fort Lauderdale in February. I’ve never written reviews before but I wanted to do this one becuase I owe it to them. These guys went out of their way to make sure that the move was a stress free as possible, and it was. We have a baby grand piano and watching them move this thing made think that I can never do this myself. I appreciate everything you did guys for me and my family.

Outstanding service all around. They helped me move from WIndermere to Houston TX and I couldn’t be happier. They are the only company that gave me a guaranteed price upfront and the ONLY company that came out to look at the job beforehand. Everyone else wanted to give me a phone estimate with no guarantee of the price. All of my belongings arrived safely within the time promised. I already recommended them to my sister as she will be making a move up north and I’m confident she will have the same experience I did.

I have been shopping around for movers, and obtained multiple quotes — 1st Class Movers beat everyone else hands down, their price was very reasonable. When it came to the move, I was impressed by their attention: they visited me twice to get an exact count of the boxes to be moved: once at the beginning of the packing process, and then again before the move. Their quote was accurate; there were no surprise last-​minute charges. On the day of the move, they were very efficient, courteous and careful — nothing got broken, I will use them all the time.

Wow. I don’t even know what to say. Avoid this guy at all costs.
I called to inquire about their services. Specifically, to find out if they move the things I need moving (refrigerators and coolers)…the guy hung up on me. I called back, figuring it was a disconnect, and he said, and this is an exact quote, ‘I don’t want to work with you, go to hell.‘
I was perfectly polite, and did not deserve to be talked to this way. Just awful.

I used this company recently to move my 4-​bed house from one side of the state to the other. Cannot enough express how pleased I was with the whole experience that came with a very reasonable cost. From the estimate appointment until the last furniture piece’s arrival, Hassan and his team made all efforts to ensure a smooth, sufficiently-​manned, and safe transaction. My expensive, high-​end belongings left and arrived with zero defects. The team who helped me with the actual move led by Terrell were professional, courteous, and efficient. I would definitely hire or recommend for any future move.
