First, the staff is awesome there! They are super friendly and helpful. Allie helped me and she was great! I read a review that this was the best ups and I tend to agree. They helped me with choosing boxing options and it ended up being almost $ 30 less than the post office. They taped the box for free-​everyone else charges. I highly recommend this ups store.

Great service. Probably one of the best UPS stores I have been to. The woman working even taped up my box for me. I have actually been charged $.50 at other locations.

In person, this store is great.
For me and my husband, we travel A LOT and have our mail constantly forwarded to us. Because of their change over of staff and one lady who was super hard to understand, they messed up our shipping a lot and often had to send it last minute to get to us on time, costing us more in shipping. They’ve messed up not nearly as often as getting it right, but when they messed up it was usually big time and a real bummer for us who can’t turn back to where we’d been traveling to.
I also found just 2 of their staff completely useless while the others have been excellent. I’ve learned to just hang up the phone when the useless ones answer and try later for someone that knows what they’re doing.

EVERY time I go to this store the employees are super helpful. Whatever I need to mail I am in and out the door in under ten minutes. It might be cheaper to mail from the post office but the closest appears to be the clusterf – k that is the Waterford Lakes branch. One could age a life time standing in that line.
