4 Seasons Air Conditioning and Heating

This company was originally recommended by the agent who sold me my house. I’ve dealt with them two times, both being great. I’m reviewing the most recent time.
I found my house’s HVAC fan was not running, so I called them up for emergency service. Great that they have Sunday hours. The technician who came out, Tony, was a great guy who checked out the whole system. It turned out the issue was more with the power management system installed by my power company, but Tony still went above and beyond to examine the whole system. He even used my hose to clean out the A/​C system when he noticed it was running hot.
Overall a good experience. Tony is a great tech, who also talked cars and computers (some of my interests) the whole time!

I called this company as the sticker for them was on our A/​C in the house we recently moved into. I said I wanted our A/​C serviced, wanted to check for leaks, and see if the drain pipe is clogged. A tech comes out this morning, says the drain pipe is clean, no leaks, I need a new filter and he doesn’t have any. Does nothing to service the A/​C and leaves despite my requests for service. Then I find that the drain pipe is in fact clogged, and when I call to complain they hang up on me. I honestly don’t know how these people have any good reviews. I will never use them again, but I will keep telling anyone that listens about my experience to get the word out on how awful this company is.

Called on Friday for repair. I asked how far out they were scheduling. Said a technician would call me to schedule the repair as the office doesn’t do the scheduling. It’s Thursday. Still no call. Fortunately I was able to get someone else to come out and do the repair. But they will be the first name mentioned as the worst possible Customer service providers for an AC company.

We cannot say enough great things about the awesome service and experience we had with 4 Seasons! From sales to installation these guys went above and beyond with extreme professionalism and service! :)

After getting 4 estimates for a new A/​C system, we decided to go with 4 Seasons, and we are extremely happy we did. The positive experience started with Dan, who came out to do the estimate. He walked through the house, measured the windows, and went in the attic in order to accurately determine what unit we needed. None of other companies did this. (Some companies, including the one we had been using, never even bothered to call us back). He was professional and extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions promptly. He later sent more information and an estimate via email.
The installation was excellent. The workers came in two professional 4 Seasons vans. They knew what they were doing. They put in a new cement pad as per hurricane guidelines. They ran new electric in the closet to support the new pump they installed. They redid the door vent to make it larger because we weren’t getting enough airflow before. They cut a new vent in the laundry room and went into the tiny attic to do so. They filed a permit and arranged for the county inspector to come out and check the work. They filed all the rebate paperwork for us and sent it to us in the mail.
After they completed the full installation the pump was making a loud noise that freaked me out (I realized later, duh, that is what pumps do). I called Kristy in the office and she said, «I will send someone back out right now. I don’t want you to worry.» Totally unnecessary, but extremely good customer service.
I referred a friend to them who had been having trouble with her A/​C service, and she has so far had an equally good experience.
So far, I highly recommend 4 Seasons.

Just an updated note for the untrustworthy owner of 4 Seasons AC. I have my receipts. I’m not confused about which AC company came to my home. Brian from 4 Seasons came to my home more than one time in attempt to fix the same AC problem, without resolve, and it cost me hundreds of dollars. BRIAN’S van was filled to the brim like a hoarder. There was a full garbage can worth of trash covering his dash. No company would allow a «tech» to trash a company van like that. I don’t care to deal with this company for any reason, which is why I have no interest in discussing anything with them. I complained about a guy named «Brian». Then I was contacted by a man named Brian, who stated nobody named «Brian» worked there anymore. Don’t get it twisted. Liars to the core!
In addition Lauren C. a Unilocal member contacted me via Private message. She has only left 2 reviews, one of which was already filtered out, and the other for 4 Seaons AC. Both her private msg and her 5 star review for 4 Seasons were left on the SAME DAY. Who does that? I’ll tell you who… people who work there, or are friends/​relatives of people who work there. I find it interesting that a random human being would complain about my review of any company or business, then leave a 5 star review for that company. Not to mention she left no specific info about the service she received from 4 Seasons AC in her review accept for thanking «Brian». Furthermore I find it hilarious that in this day and age the only positive reviews 4 Seasons AC can receive are fake and made up by friends/​family/​or coworkers. They are 11 FILTERED REVIEWS for 4 Seasons AC so far here on Unilocal all trying to make up for this one negative review I’ve left them. This is an inside job! Don’t trust these people. They will lie over and over and believe their own lies.

I have used 4 Seasons for the last several years and I couldn’t be more pleased. The first time was over a holiday weekend and I couldn’t even get my previous A/​C company to answer the phone. 4 Seasons not only responded, but fixed the problem within a matter of hours. The last time we needed them was for a more serious repair and my wife called another A/​C company for a second opinion. They told us the same thing that 4 Seasons did and confirmed that 4 Seasons’ prices were very competitive. Everyone we have ever dealt with there have been very professional. Their repair people explain things so even my wife can understand and they couldn’t be nicer. I recommend them without reservation. Finally an A/​C company I can trust!!!

WOW after have an issue with my AC that was installed by another company, I called
Brian at 4 Seasons, the AC Tech was at my home the very next morning. I was very pleased with the knowledge of the tech that came to my home as well as his professionalism. I have not had any issues since 4 Seasons came and resolved my problem. They are very very reasonable, honest and trustworthy. It was a pleasure to do business with a company with such high standards and integrity.

The ONLY company to call in Central Florida for AC and heating needs. Wonderful, professional staff from the person who answers the phone, to the service tech, all the way up to the owner. I cannot say enough great things about 4 Seasons! You can stop searching for which company to choose and pick up the phone and call 4 Seasons. Commercial or residential units, they are the best!
