No slices to go… thought this was a pizzeria? Ok so I got the Cobb salad.$ 10 and it looks like a side salad with a couple chunks of cheap chicken in it… oh yea and mostly lettuce… As far as the service the guy behind the counter was serving people in the middle of taking out the garbage… disgusting…also I over heard him tell a group to go to Hooters for a better time… seriously? Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else

On yet another business trip, this time to beautiful Orlando. Gave this place a try for a close by delivery to my hotel. Ordered a Ceasar salad which was good and a personal 10″ pizza. Pepperoni, mushroom and onion, extra sauce, cooked well. Fairly straight forward order. Pizza was ok, fairly bland, little real flavor. Cooked as requested though if there was extra sauce, regular must be like toast. Asked for red peppers and parm, neither were in the order. Had to go down to the lobby to get the order. The delivery person handed me the order and walked away. No receipt to sign or add a tip to.(I usually tip after delivery and add extra if they remember things like the peppers and parm) and the guy walked away before I could give him a cash tip. All in all not a very impressive experience. Domino’s would have been a better call. 3 stars is generous but the salad was good.

One of the best places here in Florida. Across from Hampton so it’s convenient. They were very nice and attentive. Best wings ever.

I ordered and took around 20 minutes for them to delivery. The salad was good, the mozzarella stick too. I am giving 4 stars because is not best food but they delivery fast and when I gave a call back telling them that they forgot my Coke, someone came back in 5 minutes for give me the Coke.

Place was pretty empty but staff was friendly! Out of town for business and ate by myself. Ordered a glass of Moscato Di Asti, Calamari, and Eggplant Parmesan ! I didn’t care for the breading on the Calamari it had a gritty consistency and was very salty, it felt almost like a corn bread breading rather than Italian style breadcrumbs and eggplant was the same way! Also, the eggplant was cut so thin all you could taste was bread crumbs. I’m a firm believer in trying things for yourself but the stars match this restaurant for a reason. Not the best quality Italian food! P. S. No cannolis on the menu was very disappointing

This was one of the places that felt promising, but fell through. The interior of the place didn’t really feel like a «ristorante». Maybe we stopped by at a bad time, but it felt a bit empty. But still. Looked through the menu, and found lots of tasty looking stuff, and ordered my pizza. Kinda felt like it had to be flown in from Italy, but food never arrives fast enough when you’re hungry, so i’ll excuse that. What I won’t excuse is the taste of the pizza. I will admit i’m one of the people who puts lots of salt on stuff, but this was too much even for me. Sorry, but when your lips feel like they’re about to shrivel up when you eat, somethings off. My friend wasn’t thrilled about her food either, but at least it looks like the salt wasn’t a common occurence.

I should have known something was wrong when the restaurant was empty during dinner time. Not sure how they’re still in business because they don’t know a thing about making good pizzas there, a frozen pizza would have been better. Plus, it’s not cheap. Service is pretty bad too. After we tried to eat the second awful slice, we told the server it was a terrible pie and she said nothing. We paid and left, nobody from the kitchen came out to ask what was wrong. If you want to waste your money on bad food, go and see for yourself. I never used Unilocal until this experience.

PLEASEDON’T waste your time. Ok, should have read up on Unilocal reviews! This place was completely empty, first sign. Ordered a Caesar salad which was mediocre. We ordered a Margarita pizza, worse we ever had. It was prepared with regular tomatoes, the cheese was not very good and it had what we think was extra flour stuck to the bottom, pic to follow. We told our server how bad it was and she didn’t even say«sorry about that». Sorry we wasted our money. Will not return nor recommend

I was staying at the hotel across the street from this restaurant and was looking at Unilocal reviews. Many of the reviews were negative, but I was hungry and very tired from a long flight. I walked in about 8:00PM on a Tuesday and was greeted by Olga. She is a lovely person that made me feel right at home. I ordered a Philly Cheese steak sub, and some fried calamari. I cant say it was as good as a 5 star restaurant, but I can say it was very good, especially for the price. The next night I ordered chicken parm as well as the calamari. I picked up and was greeted by Raphael and he was just as nice as Olga. Ignore the bad reviews and give them a try. the food is very good and the staff is great.

The food was good. I’m not Italian so I can’t testify to the authenticity of the food, but it was rich and plentiful. Prices are a little high to me but certainly not unreasonable. The service was good. Our server, Olga(I doubt she is Italian) was prompt, and helpful with suggestions for what to order.

A group of us travelling on business walked in here one night looking for a place to spend some time together and sustenance and it was close to our hotel, so a really convenient location. The place was dead and for some reason they put us in a private room(probably trying to be nice), but the private room was echo-ie and the table was a large round one so you really couldn’t talk to anyone except the person next to you and with only seeing your co-workers every couple of months this was a let down but not their fault, we should have spoken up. We ordered a few pizzas for the bunch of us and had to wait quite a while for them which was weird because there was no one else there. When they did arrive they were ALL burnt. Every. Single. One. At this point we just wanted to eat so we didn’t complain because it was already late and we didn’t want to be waiting until midnight for our food.

Chinese décor. Italian restaurant. Indian sitar music. Russian staff. Interesting. Arrived at 730. Our waiter disappeared for 30 minutes. We found out later he was also our cook. Appetizer did not show up until 830. Food at 840. Margareta pizza with minimal tomatoes, no basil, and a lot of cheese. Mozzarella sticks from Costco. Only way this place will survive is due to hotels surrounding it, and unsuspecting first time diners.

You know what did it for me? When I came to pick up my take out order and the barmaid offered me water. She didn’t have to do that. She could been like«here’s your pizza. Hit the road skank.» I ordered a 12 inch quatro(which is Spanish for FOUR) and I immediately brought it back to my hotel room and shamelessly devoured ¾ of it. Was it the best pizza I’ve ever had? Not a chance. Way too much flour on the bottom. Was it the perfect pizza for a nite of solitude and binge eating? YES. I mean, wtf else are you going to do in ORLANDO?

Just bad. Waited forever for a pizza — order was wrong, we were overcharged, and it took forever to get the check. Very difficult to communicate with waiter and obviously there’s miscommunication in the kitchen as well. Bland land.

Strengths: Great pizza. Good menu choices. Good wine list. Opportunities: Slow service. Summary: Want good food without a chain feel? You found it. Just be prepared to wait. Only reason not 5 stars.

I highly DONT recommend this place. I only went here for the groupon, but even then, wasn’t worth it. Off the bat, the server said she was new… so service wasn’t great. We had to repeat everything twice. We had to switch out my sweet tea(which tasted like Chinese tea) for watered down sprite. We ordered wings and pizza, pretty simple. But we found a little hair on a carrot that goes with the wings. Yuk! The pizza was ok, I liked the crust, but it definitely was in dire need of more sauce. The wings were good, but was a little under cooked. The tables were furniture from the old Chinese restaurant. I can only give this place a 2 cuz the atmosphere was cozy and there were TVs. And it was pretty clean. Other than. Don’t waste your time here.

I ordered the chicken Alfredo. Chicken is some gross microwaved low quality meat. The Alfredo sauce is so bland. Just horrible. I don’t know about the pizza but this place is as Italian as an Irish pub.

This space used to be a great Chinese restaurant and we thought we would give it a try. I am a big city liberal, I love and respect everyone, but I think Italians make the best italian food and so on. It was clear this is not owned by anyone Italian or close. The best part was the salad. Everything was fresh. When I ordered one of the Italian wines, a bottle no less, the waitress looked confused. My panini was OK and my husband chicken Alfredo was watery as another reviewer commended. As soon as we got close to finishing we were asked if we wanted the he check. We still had a half bottle of wine, it was only 8pm and although the restaurant was not full we felt rushed out the door. When the table next to us had their credit card declined. The slow and not very nice waitress slammed it on the table telling the young man it was declined for all to hear. Folks we are on vacation and credit card companies turn our cards off all the time in. 2014 thinking our cards are stolen. How rude. Qe come to Orlando we business staying at the same nearby hotel at least once a year. When it was the Chinese restaurant we came almost every night of stay. We will not go back.
