My family is just visiting Orlando so we went to see a movie. They have delicious popcorn! Have any of you been to a theater with ice cream and frozen yogurt?! This was my first one and wow it was AMAZING! The chairs are very comfortable and the theater and bathrooms are very clean.

Delicious food, cold beers, comfortable reclining seats, and a giant screen showing a good movie, all for a mildly hefty price, but well worth it. My girlfriend and I decided to try something different and visit this this theater during a day at Disney Springs. Neither of us has ever experienced a dine-in movie, but had heard a lot of cool things about it. One of my favorite parts came before we even got there: booking online. We were able to compare prices of tickets during different times of the day, preview the menu and pick exactly where we wanted to sit in the theater. When we finally got to the movie later that night, we continued to be amazed. The bar in the lobby is a cool scene in itself. There are lots of high top tables with waitresses who are more than happy to grab your order while you wait for your movie to start. We chose to grab a beer at the bar and take it in with us– a great start to the night. When it was time to enter the actual theater for our movie, the staff greeted us and showed us to our seat where we then met our INCREDIBLE waiter, Pedro. He was on his game, guessed our beers correctly and promised to have another one to us when ours looked low. He knew the menu front to back and recommended the dishes we ordered. That now brings me to the food. Our plate was in front of us in no time, and tasted as good as any other burger joint. We both ordered The Royal, which was interesting with fig jam, Brie, and arugula on top. Very tasty. Our second beer came out mid-movie, which was perfect timing for us to sip it the way through, and we were happy to leave Pedro a solid tip for his wonderful service. Now I know a lot of people are saying this place is too expensive, but first let me say that this cinema is in Disney Springs where everything is expensive. You’re really paying for the experience which in my opinion is well worth it. We obviously won’t come for every movie we go to, but when the next Star Wars comes out, you’ll see us here!

If you’ve never done the dine in theater option it is worth checking out. You can order restaurant quality food or if you want more traditional theater stuff like popcorn and sodas. You get refills throughout. Anytime you need something you press the button on the table in front of you and the server is there ASAP. The seats are comfortable and it is a great environment for seeing those films you can’t miss. Plus by being on the Disney resort and a little pricier(but not much) it keeps riff raff that can ruin movies in other local theaters away. Never had a bad experience here with people talking or teenagers acting up etc. Even if you don’t do the dinner option the other theaters are very nice and modern and you have choices of sound quality. Screen quality etc when you purchase tickets.

Been here 8 – 10 times. If I would have completed a review the first couple of times, it would have been a 4 or 5. Great food, lots and of room, great menu options and good service. On my 3rd or 4th visit, we noticed a distinct difference in food quality. We went again today, unfortunately. The service was terrible, the menu has been reduced to nearly nothing and the quality of food was not good. Not only are you paying a premium price for the movie, the food is pretty expensive. Definitely not worth the price. I think this may have been my last dine-in trip.

So I took my wife here for a late movie while on vacation. Didn’t realize it was a dine in movie so that was a plus. They have a nice drink menu, which we order a water melon margarita. Garnished with a line and orange, pretty tasty. Over priced at 11.99 but that was expected. We saw a 11:15 show and the tickets were $ 14.99. Over priced for my taste but it was ok. The chairs were very comfortable and they reclined. Outside of the idiots talking throughout the movie, it was a good experience.

This is such a great concept, and such a large theater. The menu is not that large, but it actually is very good. I would highly recommend the Mediterranean mac and cheese. They have a full bar, and very comfortable chairs. Great attentive service. I enjoyed it, the theaters are clean, and definitely worth the money.

This was my first dine in theater experience and it was pretty cool. The seating was amazing, the screen was huge and brilliant, they even give you a little red button to press when you need a server located just above your table lights that allow you to see you food during you cinematic experience. The food was just about average, the service was a tad slow at one point I thought my little red help button was merely for decoration. The other thing was the price, I thought that it was a bit high for what you actually received. The combination of rather slow service and a pricey dining experience let me thinking that it may have been a better idea to eat at another restaurants in Disney springs AND then go to the regular AMC. Fun experience overall and I think if their set up was more refined it could be a truly great one.

One of the best features of the Fork-and-Screen is that you can pre-book and reserve seats. The chairs are large and comfy too. –2 stars for the menu selection. Mostly delux version of what you can get from the regular theater concession of the cineplex; chicken fingers, burgers and other«bar» type foods. Everything seems overly salty, which makes you want to drink more but also makes me need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the movie! At least the seat section is 4 people wide so you only need to climb over one person at any point to make a dash to the bathroom.

My wife and I have switched to seeing movies at the AMC Dine in primarily due to the ability to have assigned seats and super comfortable seats! This review is really going to be a 2 parter. One for the movie going experience and one for the food. Food — 3 stars. The food is very good but the menu changed from a large selection of typical American cuisine to Burgers or Mac n Cheese. The cut down selection that happened this year was a huge bummer. Before you could get Margarita pizzettas and Santa Fe Chicken Wraps(which were awesome!). Gone are the Chipotle Chicken and Bacon panini things and Salmon entrée. Now you can either have a burger, a burger with bacon, a burger with ranch,(I’m under exaggerating the selection, but still.) or Mac n cheese, or Mac n cheese with feta and spinach, or Mac n cheese with chicken! The movie experience — 5 stars Nothing beats hitting a button and having a server take your request rather than leaving and missing the movie for a drink(alcoholic or non) The seats are awesome! Spacious, comfy, a foot bar, assigned, and have plenty of leaning space. Nothing beats buying tickets for a movie like Star Wars and knowing I can show up 30 seconds before the show and my perfect middle of the screen seat is waiting for me to nestle my bum I for the next few hours!

Love the theater and eating in the theater, but the new menu was VERY disappointing. It would be so much better if they brought back the old menu items.

I love AMC’s fork and screen dine in option, it really spoils you when you go. It’s gotten so bad I hate going to another theater! I use the app to book movie tickets and I like to pick out my own seat. I love the ease of not having to rush to the theater to get a good seat especially because I always tend to run late. The seats are comfortable and recline back just a little with a long table the comes across. The prices for tickets and food I think are reasonable too. I have been in love with their blt pizzettas for a while now and was scared when I found out the entire menu had been changed and they were long gone! I saw mockingjay part 2 this weekend and tried their new menu which I’m thrilled to say I loved!!! Their milkshakes got a huge upgrade! They are thicker and the orange flavor was delicious. Desserts are off the menu but the shakes are a perfect stand in! Their burgers also got a huge upgrade! Most of the menu is salads, burgers and Mac and cheese. I got the royal burger and was immediately in love! The burgers are on a thick bun similar to a pretzel, and the patties are thicker. My burger came with arugula, caramelized onions, Brie, bacon, and FIGJAM!!! They weren’t skimpy on any of the ingredients and the fig jam and the Brie are perfect complements! Seriously it was like eating a dessert burger! I really want to try their new Mac and cheese plates but I don’t know if I can go and not get the Royal burger. Service can be hit or miss depending on who you have. Each seat has a button you can press during the movie so the server only comes to you if you request them. They always speak softly so not to interrupt the movie. If you get there about 15 minutes before the movie you can order and get your food just before the movie starts, they don’t make you wait too long. I really like that they swipe your credit card during the ordering process so they don’t have to come back during the movie.

It’s a good theater not spectacular. I prefer the dine in option since you can reserve your seats. The food is average. If you go here it’s mainly to have the convince having dinner and drinks while enjoying a movie. This perk will cost you $ 3 more the than the traditional theater. The seats don’t recline all the way which is a must nowadays if you want premium comfort.

Solid place to watch a movie if you’re trying to beat the heat and soak in some A.C. Since it’s located on Downtown Disney property, I would recommend buying your tickets beforehand in case of long lines at the ticket booth. In my case, I forgot but I still bypassed the booths and headed towards the automated kiosks on the side that take credit cards. Tried one and it was slow in processing so moved on to another that worked with no problems. We skipped the dine in experience as I didn’t feel like having a meal while watching the movie but the theater is still pretty clever. When you walk in, you have no choice and must walk through the concession area. They definitely prey on the weak. If you are strong and can resist the smells of buttered popcorn and nachos, more power to you. Otherwise, you’re a suckaaaa! ;) Our theater was one of the smaller ones but we had a pretty good experience as it was clean and other moviegoers were all generally polite. Wouldn’t be opposed to coming back here but wouldn’t drive out of my way.

Better than the usual alley eats. We had the Baja chicken sandwich and the cheese burger. Food good and plenty.

Splurged on a visit to this flagship AMC theater. Once in the door they dump you in a self serve concession area whose logic somewhat defies me. We ordered chicken fingers, got a printout to take to the registers at the other end, waited in line to pay, pushed our way back upstream like salmon to pick up our food from the exact spot we ordered it from 10 minutes earlier and then pushed our way back through the payment line and waved at the cashiers to assure them we weren’t stealing anything. Give me the old fashioned way of waiting at a counter please. Our theater was their enhanced one, strictly by accident, with its super sized screen and leather seats. I found the seats looked more comfortable than they actually were. The sound system in there though was amazing and I noticed it several times during our viewing of Tomorrowland. Not ten minutes after the PSA for turning off your cellphones did someone’s phone ring at the start of the movie. Several folks got up and down during the movie and others were texting in the dark theater. All very distracting. Not sure if this is a sign that the movie was not interesting or a more international audience that didn’t know any better?

Clean up your act AMC! We have been here about 5 times now, and it’s usually«okay» but last night I realized things have really gone downhill! We sat down at our dine in seats to a visibly filthy and sticky table. I went to the bathroom and went to about 5 soap dispensers before finding one with soap. We waited a long time for our drinks, everyone around us that ordered after us had there’s but the waiter apologized so no big deal! Halfway through the movie we put on our waiter light again for a refill, but the bar was closed… okay fine, we’ll take our free refill on our popcorn… Eeek it was burnt, gross, and obviously the bottom of the batch, oh well we don’t really need those calories anyway. Went to the bathroom again on my way out, even dirtier now, then there was no toilet paper, omg just get me out of here, I’ve had enough for the night! I hope they get nailed on an inspection or something because if everything I can see is that dirty, I can only imagine what it’s like where they prepare the food. I know I’ll be back because it’s the only place I can drink a beer and watch a movie in the theater, but make no mistake, that’s the only reason. And I don’t think I’ll ever chance it on the food… just drinks and popcorn.

So first I probably need to say I’m a bit biased towards this movie theater. I’ve been watching movies here since 1989 and it’s been 10 mins from my home most of my life. So when they first opened the food side I was the first to try. I loved that I could reserve good seats in advance. The food wasn’t bad, not healthy, but better than popcorn. A few years later I’ve probably been over 100 times and I can say my biggest issue is the service. The staff is not diligent on contacting you when you press the button. I’ll say 50 percent of the time the order you give is not what you get. Now I’m a vegetarian so allot of times I require them to leave things out of my meal. I went last night and sure enough same issue. I’m not sure how crazy I am about the new parking garage. I’m so used to parking next to it and walking in. Tip, to enter the movie theater area you have to goto the second floor so try park there. I parked on the first floor, had to go up to the second just to come back down to the first. Pain in the you know what. This has Soooo much potential. Either way it’s still the best place if you want to reserve seats, just prepare for bad service.

I really wanted to love it. The idea is SO good. But the thing is, when I am paying an ‘extra’ price to get in to the movie just for the privilege of ordering overpriced Applebee’s grade food, it is hard to get excited. On top of extra expensive movie tickets, I just can’t be stoked about paying $ 15 for microwaved chicken tenders and fries. It has been a hot minute since I’ve been, and if I go back and experience better I will update this review.

There really isn’t any healthy or vegan options in the theater. So just like every other movie theater I couldn’t eat anything. The dining is a grab and go style, so I am sure there is tons of cross contamination everywhere. Otherwise this is a nice theater with huge comfy seats.

This AMC Dine-In Theater was really cool. When you sit down, they take your drink orders and then you order food off the menu. The food wasn’t outstanding but it was decent. The waitresses don’t really bother you after they bring the food out which is nice because you are trying to watch a movie. If you need anything, there is a button that you press.
