AT&T

I walked into this store anticipating assistance with receiving a replacement glass screen protector. I was informed by another location that it was under warranty and would be replaced if broken. Upon waiting for 15 minutes before I was even greeted (not the biggest deal I understand they were short staffed), he asked how he could assist me, talking at me from across the store instead of walking over to me to have a conversation. He not only was very curt, but flat out rude and talked down to me in front of other customers. He told me I would need to contact the glass protector provider directly. Being that the AT&T store sells these, I kindly asked if he could assist me with this process as I do not know the steps. His response was (with the facial expressions to match) «well do you even have the receipt?” — with the obvious answer that I did not, all of which is still being said to me from across the store in front of others. I understand there may be limited things reps are able to do in certain situations however he made no attempt in assisting me and there was no need to act in the manner he did. I suggest finding another store for any assistance.

I go the AT&T store often. Why would I rate it one star if I go there frequently? Because I am always trying to fix their mistakes. In the past 6 months since I upgraded my phone, I have had to fix extra charges for insurance, subscriptions, and extra (non-​existent) iPads.
The worst part is being blatantly lied to. The first few times I went in to fix things, the employees assured me that I was just reading the bill wrong. OF COURSE we were not getting billed for an extra line. After talking to the representatives over the phone and having them confirm almost immediately that I was correct, I had to deal with the store again to try to get credits for their mistakes.
Never again. You guys suck and all of your employees (except the female who finally fixed everything for me) are morons.

This is an AT&T authorized retailer. NOT a corporate AT&T Store. Their service was horrible, they had poor people skills and they were not educated on their devices or services. Visit the actual AT&T store down the street between Taco Bell and Best Buy.
