I love this store! The bargains are great, and they are always getting new stuff in, some with high end labels. I have never had a problem with returns, staff always friendly. The only reason l didn’t give it 5 stars is because the dressing rooms aren’t always clean and dust ball free!

Customer Service stinks. Bought shirts for husband for Christmas and tried to return them. Was told they wouldn’t’ take them back because I had removed the price tags. The clerk gave me a hard time because she would have to do extra work. I had the price tags and receipt, they just were no longer attached to the items. Will shop elsewhere. Hopefully they will close now that a Ross is going into the shopping center.
