I was excited about a buy one get one free offer that actually included progressive lenses so I decided to buy my next pair from them. It turned out is was actually 40% off one pair which I didn’t understand but alas another gimmick. The frames were nice and the lady there very nice but I’ve returned twice because the left eye is blurry. The first time she just said my glasses were crooked. Next time their light was blown on their inspection gadget so I left them there and explained that there was no clear spot in my left eye. She was like«oh I know what that is but need my machine to check» and then 5 days later I get a call my glasses are ready. When I ask what was wrong with them she said«I don’t know, the tech didn’t write anything on the ticket». Took home and still the same problem. Sent an email to BJ’s customer service asking for my money back. No response from them either. Oh well, 200 bucks down the Bj’s drain. I’ve since been contacted by the District Manager who offered me a full refund. Took them back and alas the optician on duty looks at my glasses and says that they are the incorrect power. Duh. They have ordered another pair, I gave them another shot. Will update the results here.
