We’re visiting from CA and our daughter lost her glasses on a roller coaster on the first day of the trip. We got over to this conveniently-located shop. They took the phoned-in Rx from our home doc, did the frame fitting, and then got the lenses made while we went on a swamp tour. Amazing crew. Thanks to Andy, Iliana, Kendall, and the back of the house staff, we had replacement glasses with little vacation interruption the same day. Yeah, yeah, «they are supposed to do glasses fast. What’s the big deal?» They totally understood what we were trying to do and(I suspect) tweaked a few procedures to get it done. Much thanks!!! PS – One of the staff here is a spitting image of Jason Sudekis. I’ll give you a hint — it’s not Kendall or Iliana.

It was time for new progressive glasses– cause I’m just too much of a wussy to put things in my eyes. And I really only need them for close up, but I find I need close up vision A LOT! Don’t you? Dana G. was ever so patient, long suffering and super accommodating at enduring my particularities for getting the«sweet spots» right on each lens. Our persistence, her expertise and endurance paid off — — that was 14 months ago! Now today I Unilocal em’ really good because those well«tuned in» specs got scratched. The warranty was technically over two months ago, yet Ashley still honored it! I almost went in for a hug for that customer friendly, top management decision. Invoice $ 650, out of pocket– $ 25.(yeah thats a lot of fancy added extras to a couple pieces of plastic.) Oh well, that is what it R. Yeah I probably actually paid for the replacement pair(or two) with the original purchase price, but the fudge for the warranty grace period was not expected and so appreciated. Friendly service and good at what they do. I’m sold. In the Mall next to Macys — 2nd fl.
