The service was awful, server never asked for desert. Ceviche had way too much garlic. Server added 18% for a party of 4 I asked him to remove it and I gave him 10%. Server never greeted or thanked for anything. He was bored in the place like waiting for us to finish to go home. I will never comeback to this place.

What a Delight! Found this little restaurant by accident and couldn’t be happier. The chicken was tender, juicy and flavorful. The sweet potato fries were the best I’ve ever had. Good sized portions at a reasonable price. We highly recommend it!!!

I’m very impressed. This small little restaurant, nestled in the back of this old orlando shopping center, is just delicious. Everything was fresh, full flavored and man is it genuine Peruvian food. It’s ran by a family and together, they make this place feel like a home away from home to eat.

Decent chicken, interesting sauces, ok prices. I have been wanting to try this place for awhile, and it was good, but not as good as the other ratings suggested. I ordered the half chicken – it was juicy and well seasoned. The sauces were interesting, but none blew me away. After dinner we ordered churros – the caramel sauce drizzled on the plate was tasty, but the churros did not quite hit the spot. All in all a filling decent meal, but it probably won’t top my dinner list.

This was place pretty good, but My Family’s Chicken is way better.

Just had one of the most delicious meals of the year! Very tasty roast chicken with a variety of sauces, rice and beans, avocado salad, and a sliced potato in cheese sauce. Server Christian was very cordial and attentive. Unassuming but pleasant atmosphere, where the quality of the food takes front seat. Couldn’t possibly be any better. Hope to return when we are next in the area.

Absolutely delicious. It was a recommendation from a friend and Unilocal confirmed. I got the lomo saltada and at our table was the pollo special and the ceviche. Everyone was thoroughly impressed. We all ate everything on our plates. The atmosphere was good until inappropriate music videos were being shown. Not kid friendly TVs. Service was great and quick and answered all of or questions. I am also a huge fan of Churros and got those. They were amazing! Loved them so much.

It’s a small local shop that knows how to cook great food. The ceviche here is the best I’ve had in the city of Orlando. Great sides and a must for any Latin American Food lover that wants to taste great food!

Good food when I come to Orlando. So hard to find in this area especially with the chain restaurants. A hidden diamond in the rough. Great food.

This is by far the best Peruvian style rotisserie chicken in Central Florida! Food is delicious. Prices are incredibly affordable. We come here often and have never been disappointed. The servers are all male and the are the nicest in the industry. We have tried other Peruvian restaurants in the area and they just don’t measure up to the taste of the food in this place. The sauces for the meats are outstanding. Cozy environment.

I went two days ago I ask for more canchitas at the beginning they put on your table some canchitas, then I ask for more and the server told me that the second one will be charged, meaning that you will pay if you want more, come on! The food is great, service ok.

Very cute restaurant with a nice authentic menu. We ordered the papas a la huancaina to start. It is basically cold boiled potatoes in a mild cream sauce. It was good but not spectacular. The waiter brought out an array of sauces 4 mild and 2 hot. All of the sauces were amazing but my favorite were the two spicy ones as they had incredible flavor! I ordered the lunch special with chicken, rice, beans and salad for $ 8.99. A good price for the quantity of food. I loved the beans and rice both were flavorful and perfectly cooked. The chicken was good but I have had better Peruvian chicken before. My boyfriend had the lomo saltado which he enjoyed. The beef was tender and not over cooked and the sauce was good. I have to mention we thought the music selection was strange, loud and a bit distracting but overall it is still a nice restaurant to try.

This is my absolute favorite place to eat at. I always order the lunch special with chicken; it’s both good and affordable. The only thing that I do no like about this place is the service. It’s not about them being busy, it is about them not being attentive at all. The couple of times that we have visited this place we have been left waiting for a server for more than 10 minutes while the servers were just standing around and talking to each other. The way the servers present themselves makes them look lazy and unprofessional. Some were chewing gum with their mouths open, leaning on things, and talking to their customers like they weren’t important for their business. Again(I really love the food here. But I just feel so uncomfortable going to this place if the people that serve me aren’t gonna treat me with respect. P.S: the«odd» music that some of the reviewers are talking about is HISPANIC music. Have an open mind.

Best pollo ala braza in Orlando in my personal experience. I have been to Pio Pio(both locations) and My Family’s Chicken. This spot just has a great feel to it. It is small restaurant. It is very nicely decorated and you feel very comfortable in the restaurant. The chicken is cooked throughout the day so there is no set time for it to come straight from the oven. The flavor and the texture of the chicken is the best part. It doesn’t have the gummy resilient texture. I am used to the come clean off of the bone chicken. They offer 4 sauces. The recoto(orange spicy one) is the one that balances out the chicken the best. It has a bite that cuts through the rotisserie so that you can get more of a multidimensional taste experience. Most of the servers are dudes. They are great waiters. Expect a great pollo ala brasa experience. You will get it here!

Everything here was great! We ordered way too much food, but every single thing was great. I would recommend the ceviche, and the lomo. the lomo was prefect, meat and french fries, yum!

I don’t know why I don’t go here more often. Seriously, my wife is Peruvian. I LOVE good Peruvian food, and I work RIGHT down the street! I just always forget about this as an option for lunch meetings! Today, I met someone here for a lunch meeting upon his recommendation. SO glad he reminded me of this place. I love the little roasted corn kernels they give you. Could use a little salt in my opinion but still great! I had the lunch special with chicken and fried yuca, and an order of Papas a la Huancayina(a fave of mine). The kitchen was a little slow today. The server was super on-point and checked in on us regularly, including to let us know the printer in the back was broken and the cooks weren’t getting the orders properly because of it, so they got behind. No biggie! The food came quickly thereafter. The chicken was AWESOME. GREAT smokey flavor… almost bbq style, minus bbq sauce. And the accompanying white sauce is legit. The yuca was fried perfectly. The papas were as good as always, but maybe could use a little salt too, and a touch more ahi. I like the kick that ahi brings! I’ll be going here more often as long as I’m working in this area. Can’t beat this little gem in south Orlando!

Consistently great food at a great price! You may have to wait just a bit at lunch as seating is limited and the place is always full! But well worth the wait.

I went a few days ago after a long time. I had stopped going because it’s a small place, you had to wait and the service was very slow. I have to admit that it was better this time, the waiting wasn’t too bad and the ceviche was good. I didn’t try the chicken this time but I remember it was tasteful but small.

This place is out of control good! Ceviche was so fresh — chicken was moist and flavorful. The salchipapas are a perfect meal for my four year old. The menu was small because it was Sunday but I will for sure be back to try the normal menu. Service was very quick and so helpful. I have been to upscale ceviches houses in south Florida and this was better than those.
