Got delivery from here twice while staying at a nearby Universal hotel. Service isn’t great — every employee I dealt with was unfriendly, and one abruptly passed the phone to someone else in the middle of my order. Not very professional. The orders arrived within a reasonable amount of time. Both took under 30 minutes. I found the cheese they use on their pizza a little bland, but it served its purpose after a long day at the parks. Subs seemed fresh. Chocolate cake was a little dry. Overall the food was decent and definitely better than the hotel’s. Would order from again if ever in the area.

Ordered online a combo of pizza, wings, and a bottle of fruit punch. They called after I placed the order and told me they didn’t have fruit punch but they could give me lemonade instead, which I was find with. Driver showed up an hour later, forgot my wings, and gave me Fanta because apparently they didn’t have lemonade either. Very disappointing, and the pizza was very mediocre. They gave me a partial refund for the wings but it was still an unfortunate experience.

Having just left Universal Studios and having spent a small fortune on lunch, we were seeking more value when it came to dinner. Thinking we were in the mood for pizza, we search on Unilocal and found Broadway New York Pizza; it was less than a mile from Universal. So we tried it. The look and atmosphere was similar to a NYC pizzeria but unlike many NYC pizzerias, the service was excellent. Our server Gabbi was very pleasant and accommodating. After seeing the variety of options on the menu, we opted for dinners(versus pizza). While all the meals were good we found both the Mozzarella cheese bread and Italian salad dressing particularly noteworthy. They also served a great glass of Merlot at an extremely reasonable price. The meal exceeded my expectations.

At the hotel after spending all day at Universal and couldn’t stomach paying park prices for park food. Huge yummy calzone and lots of delicious cheese fries.

Somebody’s idea of a 12″ cheese sub was 1 slice of provolone per 6″ — 2 whole slices! Not satisfying.

Came in for a simple carry out order. There was two tables in the entire place and one delivery order taken out while we were in the store. The person on duty told us it would be about fifteen minutes to receive our order and had us pay in advance. 30 minutes later we were still sitting in Broadway waiting and the person on duty told us they were busy. I’d recommend calling ahead, and by that I mean you should call a day in advance… Or call another pizza place to begin with.

Cardboard style pizza, a disgrace to call it «New York pizza». Delivered on time but really just atrocious pizza, especially for the price. A dominos pizza is of higher quality than this, not to mention quicker and cheaper.

If there was a way to give no star I would. I don’t ever complain and I’ve used Unilocal to positively talk about other places but this place gave me the biggest attitude when trying to order food over the phone. In the end I did not get the opportunity to order my food over the phone, the gentleman who answered the phone refused to take my order unless I gave him the phone number to the hotel I was staying in. When I proceeded to do so he told me I had the wrong number. I went ahead and checked online and the number I had called earlier in the day when I checked into hotel, and sure enough it was the right number but I gave this place another try thinking it was my fault. Called again, received attitude once more and was told«when you figure it out call back». I don’t believe I’m over reacting but what a poor impression to give someone over the phone. If he knew what the right number to my hotel was, perhaps he should have given it to me instead I felt like I was trying to verify my identity by giving the last four digits of my social.

The biggest and most delicious calzone you could ever want, and the price isn’t bad. They also take PayPal to order ahead. Gabby is a babe, too. Open late and they also do Stromboli and a dozen other delicious items here.

Staying at near by hotel and order for family on a Friday night. They said it would take an hour and 15 min for delivery but was at my door in 30 min. Subs were good and a great value. Fried Calamari was over done, wings were order spicy hot but was mild, cheese fries were delicious and plentiful. For good food at a good value, I would order here again.

While staying in Orlando last week, we found this hidden gem of a pizza place. It’s tucked back off the I-Drive and tiny, making it seem pretty shady. But buck up your courage and go in, because it’s EXACTLY what an old-school pizza parlor should be. The staff were friendly, straightforward, and patient(it was difficult to decide what to order). They serve plenty of non-pizza things, but we were on vacation, so we went with pizza. Twice. And had our leftovers for breakfast. Yay! The Cheeseburger Pizza, Philly Cheesesteak Pizza, and Stromboli were fantastic. It’s NY style, so thin crust with plenty of toppings. The Stromboli blew me away, and was huge. We had the place to ourselves each time, so my guess is that most folks don’t know about this place. Do yourself a favor and eat here– you won’t regret it!

Ordered shrimp scampi originally the girl lied and said they don’t have shrimp scampi… funny enough it was on the menu that the front desk provided for me at doubletree. Then preceded to say the only thing they don’t have have is shrimp scampi so I ordered chicken parmesan which they burnt the chicken to hell then covered it with sauce and cheese to hide it. Took an hour to deliver… not edible at all and the cheesy bread was garbage… eck your better off grabbing mcdonalds! Save your stomach the ache and skip this place!

After a long hot day at Universal, we wanted to order in at the hotel. The front desk clerk recommended Broadway. Called and placed our order and were told an hour for delivery. Food arrived hot and fresh to our room in 45 mins. Great real NY style pizza and wings. Bookmarked the website for our next trip to Orlando!

After searching for what seemed like 2 hours, me and 3 friends finally found this joint. We walk in and immeidately get asaulted by a strong smell of urine and vomit. Being so hungry we continue to order and wait outside. The girls we were with wanted to go to the bathroom and couldn’t even make it inside the restroom because the putrid smell wafting out of the cracks of the door was too much to handle. Nearly puking over themselves they ran out, eyes tearing, gasping for air. We told them to cancel the order and left. They chairs outside were missing parts to them and the seats inside were held together by duct tape. We never actually got to try the food otherwise but this was enough to run.

We found this Pizza restaurant in a shopping center across from Wet n Wild. The pizza was great. I’m from NY so when I walk into a pizzeria and see them cooking the pies on one of those conveyor belts like in the security line at the airport I turn around and walk out. Broadway pizza cooks it in the metal oven on the hot stone so it gets crispy on the bottom. The sauce was good too, not too sour like some places. They also have a ton of other food like subs and wings. What a great find after getting tired and hungry playing all day at Wet n Wild. I would definitely go back to this restaurant.

After spending a long day at Universal Studios, we decided to order pizza at the hotel, we picked Broadway because it seemed to have some good reviews and it was a chain local to the Florida. First off, while I know it was a Saturday night, the delivery time as horrible. It took nearly 90 minutes for us to get our pizza and the place is less than a mile up the road from our hotel. I could have just walked and gotten it faster. Not only was the delivery late, the pizza itself was warm at best. The garlic bread we got was just plain cold. The pizza itself was very blah. Felt very kit-pizzaish, was light on the pepperoni and heavy on the grease.
