Do yourself a favor. when the hotel advertises on their TV website NOT to use this pizza place they know all about it. stated SCAMDONOTUSE them… I should have listened. I called Little Italy whom placed flyers under the individual rooms inside the hotel. I was told 45 min. ok sounded reasonable for late night. I called back after an hour– I was advised they we’re on their way. Low and behold it was two hours later and THEN I had to go down to the front desk and pick up the COLD pizza no less. They are not allowed to deliver to the rooms… hmmm I wonder why? So the next time you get an urge for pizza in Orlando… call somewhere else. Yes– Little Italy has Bellagio Pizza Deli on their receipts. same place same low quality. YUCK!

ORLANDOVISITORSBEWARE! Pizza menus slipped under hotel doors are the same place with different names! Was fooled«Little Italy» did not come up on Unilocal but found under Google reviews. Felt safe enough to place an order, however under further investigating uncovered several horrible reviews under Bellagio, to the point of being scared to receive the pizza. I wanted to cancel but was convinced to follow through. Here are the results: 1. Order delivered in timely manner 2. Food was warm not cold but not hot either. 3. No bugs found –thank god! 4. Overall food was meh… Kind of bland. Garlic nots burnt and not very tasty. Pizza was ok.

Serves us right for ordering from a menu shoved under our hotel room door… We ordered a pizza from«Little Italy Pizza». Waited for over 2HOURS and tried to call them. They hung up on us when we told them we wanted to cancel. A quick internet search showed the same address for«Joe’s Pizza and Subs» and«Bellagio“all located at the same address, one mile from our hotel. We realized that the two menus under our door were identical including the pricing! Do not order from them! Total scammers. Legitimate businesses always operate with 3 different names and phone numbers, right?

Just an update, they did appear to cancel the cc charge without me having to take any further action.

We ordered a pizza there on Tuesday evening. A simple order– large pepperoni pizza and a 2-liter. The order was placed at 10:15 pm. We were told it’d be 45 min to 1 hour for delivery. At 11:25, past the quoted delivery window, I called back to see the status of the delivery. I received a «Sorry. Traffic gets bad sometimes. He’s 7 – 10 min away.» At 11:45 I got a courtesy call stating the driver was 5 min away from our hotel. For a place that advertises«great food and fast service» I would have to disagree. The pizza was no better than a $ 5 quick and ready from Little Caesars and we had to force ourselves to stay awake as our«fast delivery» was almost 1 hr 45 min from the order time. We were offered nothing more than a «Sorry» for the inconvenience. We definitely won’t be ordering there again.

Hopefully I just happened to pick a bad card, and my experience is not fully representative of this pizza place. However, After waiting over an hour and fifteen minutes for delivery to my home about 1 – 2 miles from the restaurant, i received a $ 6.99 Chicken Caesar salad that was reminiscent of a side salad from a fast-food restaurant, sloppily thrown together in a small styrofoam box, a side order of soggy, cold fries accompanied with a SINGLE ketchup packet, and my friend received a warm slice of the worst cheesecake he’d ever had. The only satisfactory item we ordered was the 2-litre bottle of Diet Coke. Not to mention, that, upon arrival, I had to sit on the phone with the delivery driver for several minutes because for whatever reason he did not understand how to use our call box to enter the gate code to our apartment complex. I’m not one to complain normally, but this was just ridiculous. I feel as though I was robbed of $ 25

My 4 year old was craving pizza so we chose Bellagio in order to try something new. When you first walk in, you are taken back by the strong doughy/musty smell in the restaurant and I deducted a star for that. It’s also very hot inside the restaurant, I don’t think they have AC. They do not have servers at this pizzeria, it’s mostly take out and delivery. They do offer tables inside but you place your order at the counter and they bring it out to you. The pizza itself was very good, 4 stars. We had a large cheese pie for $ 11.99, and it was cooked well and the cheese had good flavor. This Pizzeria is hidden in the back parking lot of Ponderosa. It’s in the same plaza as Lighthouse Lobster Feast, the other all you can eat Lobster place.
