I went here with my daughter on tuesday. We had a rough day. She loved the chicken wings and I had chili con queso, and wings and a drink which I needed. The staff was nice our sever was nice and she told me about happy hour. She was very helpful and made sure we were ok. My daughter loved the chili con queso I had to order one to go.

Just moved to the area and although reviews were low checked it out anyways. Service isn’t the best, waiters go missing for long periods of time — all of them. Came here for the wings which were good, but if you need anything I just wouldn’t expect too much. If something is missing expect delays in between to receive it, sauce/celery(even if you ask ahead of time). My suggestion when they drop off your food don’t expect it to arrive if it’s not there, just politely ask. Some delays in refills but to be fair we do drink fast because our wings were hot. Overall I would come here for the wing specials on Tuesday again, but I can see why the ratings are a bit low in the location.

Came her for the first time with my boyfriend. Overall, the costumer service is great! The staff here are friendly, approachable, and great you with a smile. The manager on shift(Wednesday afternoon) was a cool guy. Very friendly and made us feel welcomed. I would come back :)

My boyfriend and I have been to this location many times and the service simply SUCKS, but today Jaime took care of us. Such a genuinely nice person, constantly checked on us and everything came out on time and correct. Will definitely be back and hopefully Jaime will be there!

What the hell happened to this place in the last 12 months? I used to frequent this location in 2013 and 2014 and could always could on a lot of drink specials on various beers, vodka, etc. They were posted all over the walls on signs from a number of different brands plus there were two daily happy hours adding more specials on top of that! The signs are gone and so are those specials. On an evening when there was literally only one table of people in the entire restaurant during the Sunday night NFL game, the bartender told us there was just one drink on special and that was the beer of the month, Coors Light. Sorry, there’s nothing special about that. Seriously, that’s all you got? To go from all the great deals they offered to basically nothing speaks volumes about either an ownership change, managerial change or both at this location. As my friend said to me during our brief visit for the football game, «Maybe that is why there’s nobody in here.» Too bad. I watched that fantastic 2013 Alabama-Auburn game here and it was always a place that we knew we could watch football surrounded by other people doing the same and not run up a huge tab. Managers and staff were always nice too. Did not recognize anyone from before on this visit… which will be my last. Goodbye, Buffalo Wild Wings. Hello, Duffy’s right across the street… where all drafts are always two for the price of one and there’s actually people inside watching the action.

The service at this location simply has not been up to par the last two times I went. The first time it took way too long for a server to even acknowledge our presence after we were seated. When our order was finally taken we waited way too long for our food to be brought out. During all this time our server never checked on us for drink refills or to explain the delay. When our food was finally ready it was all brought out together(appetizers and main course) minus dipping sauces for the wings and the appetizer my girlfriend ordered. We mentioned this to the server and my dipping sauce was brought out but her corn dogs never saw the light of day. When we eventually saw our server again we told her to just cancel the corn dogs. A manager came over to us sometime after this to see how we were doing. I mentioned to him that we had quite a wait and we didn’t get everything we ordered. He apologized and took the blame upon himself. He said he didn’t anticipate being as busy as they were so he sent some staff home. Consequently the people he had on hand were doing their best trying to keep up with their work. I can understand that these things happen, so we did not make much of a fuss after this. Additionally the manager gave us coupons for a free snack size wings without us even asking. So I thought this was a one off event that the manager did his best to make up for. Now fast-forward to last Saturday. I called ahead as I wanted to watch a baseball game. I knew Saturday is a college football day so I wanted to ensure that getting the game on one of the screens wouldn’t be a problem. I was seated pretty promptly and asked my server to switch one of the screens to the game. He said he would have to ask a manager. I was under the impression that this wasn’t going to be a problem. Eventually one of the smallest screens was switched. One problem… I couldn’t see it from where I was seated. No problem. I voluntarily, and without complaint switched from a booth to a less comfortable table. About this time my friend joined me. It took well over 20 minutes for our server to even acknowledge him and take his drink order. Here we go again! Service wasn’t just slow this time, it was awful. Anytime we needed something we had to flag down our waiter. We felt completely ignored. When he took my order he never asked if I wanted dipping sauce or carrots and celery with my wings. Predictably my wings arrived without either. When I was finally able to flag him down I asked for ranch to dip my wings but I decided that asking for carrots and celery would be aiming too high. After all this drama, we had to flag him down every time we wanted a refill. One time he came over, quickly grabbed my empty glass, and took off before I could ask for another. I had to flag him down for that. We had to do this again for our next round. Finally, when we were ready to leave we had to flag him down for our check. The quality of food was another matter. The wings(I had a snack sized portion of mango habanero wings) were excellent as usual, although not as hot as I’m used to them being. For my main course I had the spare ribs and fries basket. The cole slaw and fries were excellent, but the ribs were slightly too salty and did not have enough sauce on them to cover it up. If my waiter had been around I might have asked him for some additional sauce to cover it up but as it was I had to grin and bear it. There was a manager on the floor for much of this time but he never got around to our table to ask how we were doing. He seemed to spend a lot of time with the table right in front of us but never even looked in our direction. After the game ended we wanted to hang out a little longer but decided that we couldn’t deal with the poor service anymore. We went across the street to Marlowes at Waterford Lakes. The service was stellar. The food(we stayed long enough to to have our next meal there) was very good, and the atmosphere was, as usual, top notch. To summarize, I’m giving two stars because the food was passable, but the quality of service was awful for the second time in a row. I would definitely think twice about patronizing this location and possibly BWW in the future. The quality of their product, in my mind, has slipped and I would rather spend my money where I’ll enjoy the food and the service. The former waiter and later consultant in me cringes when I think of how poorly this place seems to be run.

My boyfriend and I came here to watch the football games on Sunday. We got to the restaurant shortly after all the 1pm games had begun and the place was PACKED. Not an empty table in sight. We asked if there were any seats available and if so, if there was any chance we could sit near a TV with the 49ers game on. The manager personally walked around to find us a table and when there wasnt one open, he cleared two seats at the bar and turned one of the TV’s to the 49er game. Nick behind the bar was great. Very friendly and attentive! Despite being very busy, we got our food and drinks quickly. I never had to wait long for more beer in the couple hours we were there. Later, the manager personally came over to see how we were doing and asked if we were enjoying the game. The 49ers were disappointing on Sunday but this place was not!

Best wing in town! When i think of restaurant, it’s not just food, but also the service they provide. Although it may not be 5 star restaurant, service they provide from their wait staff tells me they are training them as they should!

Eeeh… so we were looking for a happy hour. a $ 5 draft Stella isn’t really a bargain in my opinion. Server never bothered to come back for a food order even though we said we wanted some but would wait… and WE had to ask about their Tuesday Wing Deal($.65 per wing but then you pay for sauce/celery«because the wings are so cheap according to our server…) Otherwise a regular old bar… no big deal

Great food and fast friendly service. So many choices for wing sauces and all are delicious. They also make really good burgers. Lots of screens for sports.

Buffalo wild wings is usually a consistently good experience for me. But this location has now let me down once again on my order. Last time I ordered here in restaurant I asked for my wings to be extra wet. When I got them they were barely tossed. But since we were there I just asked for more sauce, only to the annoyance of the waiter thiugh as he would only bring me about 1oz more at a time. So this time I ordered to go, and made sure to specify extra wet for mine and my girlfriends wings. My wings barely had enough sauce to cover them, and hers were barely even tossed in sauce. I just don’t understand how a request clearly written on the order, turns into almost the exact opposite, especially when I said I would pat for extra sauce. Either they hire assholes to work in the back or they have a ridiculous policy to limit sauce.

My four stars are strictly based on the food. We had take out. The fried pickles and southwest ranch was extremely good. The wings were very flavorful.

Went after midnight and still had great service. The bartender, hostess and manager did a great job explaining the new menu and even offered samples :)

I actually have never dined in at BWW… I always get takeout and I always order the same exact thing. Boneless wings tossed in parmesan garlic… AMAZING!!!

We had a two star visit that was brought up to a three star visit because of the customer service. We came in for lunch and each ordered a lunch special and a couple of drinks. The mojitos were delicious but I couldn’t detect any alcohol whatsoever. The salad with two of our meals was full of old, pink pieces. We mentioned it to our server when she checked on us, and then a manager came over, apologized, and refunded our money for those meals. Shame that they served pink lettuce, but at least they made up for it!

Bww as a chain is your decent run if the mill frozen fried food joint. Pretty crummy right? Yes so if this is your business model you need to excel in other areas. Service?! When that sucks too find mom a new favorite place. Several tables empty with dirty plates. Serves with too many tables. Management holding up the walls. This gets you one star.

I’m a fan of BWW, plain and simple. They are pretty much the same. Some service is better than others. It’s the same with all chain places. This one is no different. When I go here, service is good more often than not. I will definitely be going back when I get the chance.

It’s a Buffalo Wild Wings, so it’s like every other Buffalo Wild Wings. Cold beer, lots of TVs, and decent food. The night we were there, the manager came by the table and asked if there was anything on TV we wanted to watch I asked for a specific college football game that was WAY out of market, and he made sure it happened for me.

I’ve never had a particularly good experience at any BWW location, but somehow we always end up at this one for sporting events. The wait staff is slow, food comes out in random intervals, and it can take awhile to get your drink refilled. However, it’s nice that you can see a tv or two showing your sport of choice from pretty much anywhere in the building. Also, during big games(we were there for the FIFA final) the crowd really gets involved; plenty of cheering, jeering, and high-fives from strangers. It definitely makes things more exciting for the true sports enthusiast. BWW isn’t really for the foodie in anyone, it’s just a cheap watering hole for sports buffs and when viewed in that light, it’s a lot of fun. The guys always order the wings with the Asian Zing flavor being the favorite, while I stick to the wraps and sandwiches. The chicken wrap is my go-to if I need something more than nachos. They have a decent beer selection, nothing exotic, but it gets the job done. Overall, visit to cheer your team on, not for an awesome dining experience, and you’ll be just fine.
