STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
I seriously wish I could these people a NO star review, worst burger King I’ve ever been to, & no, this is not based on a 1 time experience. This is the only closest BK to my job so I’ve been there plenty of times & I’d say 9 times out of 10, something’s wrong with my order, & when they do get it correct, it takes about 10 min to get my food.
This last time was ultimately the WORST SCREW UP of all. My bf & I decided to swing by & get some angry whoppers we had been craving. Specifically asked for ANGRY WHOPPERS WITHOUT THE RED BUN, but instead with a regular bun. This experience was a little different, the wait time in line was shorter than usual, the person who took our order was very polite, repeated everything back to me & everything was going good & we were in a bit of a rush & thought nothing of pulling out without checking the food… HUGE MISTAKE
Got home & sat down ready to dig in, only to see that our sandwiches to start off, came with the RED BUNS we SPECIFICALLY asked NOT to get. I take the top bun off to see the ingredients (mind you we ordered the exact same sandwiches) & we got completely different ones. Neither one of them the actual sandwich we asked for. This time I had had it with them & decided to call them & asked to speak to a manager, a conversation that led to me being even more infuriated than when I dialed the # & now leads to this horrible review. What kind of manager says «I don’t know» when you tell them what you are calling about.
I know that burger King is ultimately a fast food restaurant and not much should be expected of it, but I’m not getting the food for free. I’ve worked in the fast food industry in the past, & based on my experiences as both an employee AND a customer, I find it appalling that people are asking to get paid $ 15 an hr for this crap they hand out. Absolutely ridiculous and insulting.

Took them at least 5 min to recognize I was at the counter ready to order, then another 15 min to prepare my meal. On top of that their coke freestyle was out of the popular flavors such as coke, sprite, & fanta. That wouldn’t have been a big deal if they used their drive through machine, but they refused saying «it for drive through customers only» –_​_​–

Came here with my wife to try their BK King sandwich. Taste just like a Whopper, but resembles a Big Mac. It’s fast food, so there’s not a whole lot to say.
