Let me first start out by saying I’ve never been the biggest fan of Papa John’s. It’s not that it’s bad pizza, just not my go to place. However, after horrible service from both Marco’s and dominos, I figured I’d give it a try. The guy on the phone was cool and wasn’t rushing me through the order and didn’t get annoyed when I had a question about the menu. I showed up a bit early knowing I may have to wait a few minutes but the pizza was hot and ready. Everything was quick and easy and I’ll be coming back again.

One star only because I can’t go any lower. Online ordering process was easy and quick. Wait time at store was horrible. Staff didn’t seem to know what was going on. Waited as long as if I had just walked in and ordered. Don’t think I will visit papa johns again. Very disappointed, I usually love papa johns pizza. But now I think I’ll have to find a different pizza place to order from.

Area manager called me regarding the issues we had and offered a free pizza. I am not going to jump the gun and throw 5 stars up there, but the way he handled it was super professional and nice — this is the service I have come to expect from this location, so hopefully when we order this week it’s a-​ok with no incorrect toppings. Fingers are crossed… I am hoping I can convince the fam to keep coming back here!

This little plaza is busy! Watch yourself. On a busy corner with lots of cars coming and going. We almost got hit as we came in and as we were leaving. But fast service from Papa John’s. We ordered online and our pizza was ready by the time we drove there. Very friendly service.
