This is the BEST deal in town plus the most rewarding! I am always out there trying different things. I have gone through multiple personal trainers and always had a love/hate relationship with it. Camp Gladiator is different than any gym you’ll join. Doug(the head trainer) is very personable and really motivates you through the entire workout. Trust me I have the habit of always trying to slow the workout down by finding opportunities to chit chat but at Camp Gladiator everyone is working out together for one purpose– to get results. When your working out with 20 – 30 people at a time your energy keeps going because we are all cheering each other on. The type of workout that Camp Gladiator provides(a calisthenic workout) will whip you right into shape– trust me! O and did I mention you make great friendships amongst the campers?! We all are turning into one happy CG family! I HIGHLY recommend and with different modifications of exercises ANYLEVEL can do this!

Best workout program in Orlando. Never the same workout twice and the trainers are world class as well. Everyone should try this at least once and see for yourself!

This is exactly the type of workout I’ve been looking for. It’s great being outside and away from the distractions of the gym. The workouts are challenging, but not impossible. In just two weeks I’m already seeing an improvement in endurance and strength levels. Every workout is something different and most of all fun. The trainers and the other campers are really excited about being there and about the program itself. The enthusiasm and the encouragement really help me stay motivated and push my self harder than I think I could do on my own. I’m always looking forward to the next workout. Added bonus, you sign up for the month and you can go to as many camps as you want and with 3 times a day, 6 days a week, there’s always a camp that will fit your schedule and it’s cheaper than a gym membership.
