This place is my go-​to clinic when I need a quick check-​up but i want to avoid my primary care physician.
First of all is conveniently located on a major street and surrounded by homes and apartments. From my place I normally take less than 5 minutes to get there.
The welcoming and waiting area is pretty clean and has a small table with games and a TV for kids… we all know how even a small distraction can go a long way when you have kids.
The nurses and nurse assistants are always so friendly and helpful. I know sometimes they’re extremely tired but I’ve had some of the employees go the extra mile to help you.
If I’m not mistaken, they have about 5 or 6 consultation rooms but sometimes ONE doctor taking care of the entire place… and that’s actually my only complaint… I know now-​a-​days is all about making the most money with the least resources, but eventually that will only help you momentarily… you’ll never be able to create a relationship with your patients if you have overworked employees who can’t wait for the time to go home. Even the nicest people can care less about you if they’re exhausted.
I would definitely recommend this place but as an advice… make an appointment so you don’t have to wait long (remember only one doctor per shift… he/​she can do so much)

I called on a Friday night to make an appointment but they were booked for the night. The earliest appointment they had for today (Sat) was at noon.
When I booked the appointment I asked how long will I have to wait if I make an appointment? They told me it usually within 15 minutes unless there is an emergency, which they would inform me if my wait time would be longer. I said ok I’ll make the appointment instead of walk in so I can avoid a long wait.
I show up about 15 minutes early for my appointment to make sure all my paper work is done and I can be seen as quickly as possible.
At 12:30 I asked how much longer is it going to be, and they couldn’t tell me. they just said a few more minutes.
At 12:40 I finally get called back to a room and the nurse asks me a bunch of questions. She said the doctor will be in shortly and I’ll tell him your ready.
The doctor finally came in at 1:20.
I would have just walked in last night if I knew it was going to take an hour and a half with an appointment.
It’s super frustrating when I know all I need is 5 minutes to get an antibiotic for a sinus infection. Which it literally was 5 minutes with the doctor.
Just be a walk in clinic without appointments if it takes just as long to be seen for an appointment

I have always been treated very quickly, courteously and friendly at this location. The staff is caring and efficient. They have diagnosed and prescribed necessary medications when I needed urgent care for me or my son. Once the wait was too long during the day for him, so I rushed to his pediatrician across town at the time. However, Care Spot has been most helpful the few times I needed them in the evenings & weekends. Thank you.

Very friendly and professional team, If I ever need urgent care beside an emergency hospital this is the place I would go. Keep up the good work.

They will not treat any condition involving pain and not a place to go if you need treatment for an acute condition that can’t wait. Less importantly, the front desk staff give the impression of being obtuse and apathetic, which is not the first encounter you want when you go to an urgent care center.

I came to this Care Spot location with what I thought was the flu. I think the only positive I can say is that they were pretty quick. However, everyone I encountered there was rude. They gave me a flu test which came back negative. They then sent me on my way without any medicine or any clarification on what my sickness was. Every question I asked seemed to be a huge bother to them. When I’m paying a $ 50 copay, I expect a lot more.
That night my fever spiked up. It was high again the next morning, so I called them asking if anything could be done. The person I spoke with, Omar, said that he could ask the doctor but that the doctor was going to say to take tylonel. I said okay, meaning ask the doctor and he said okay and hung up. So instead of going back there, I made an appointment at CentraCare, to discover that I did indeed have the flu.
Needless to say, I will not be going back to Care Spot again.

I had to visit this clinic while on vacation with my family from out of state. I was having an allergic reaction. The staff was polite and professional. The clinic was clean, modern and well-​lit. After squaring away insurance with a call to my provider and filling out a short form, I was seen by the doctor very quickly. Dr. Ogburia was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. Her careful assessment and quick treatment had me cured and back to riding roller coasters PDQ! I would highly recommend for locals and travelers alike. Great experience and no waiting around at an unfamiliar hospital emergency room.

This center is located in a small group of shops, Starbucks may the the most visible shop from the road.
I needed a prescription while in Orlando for a work conference. I used the online system at 6:45pm on a Tuesday evening to check in, and arrived at the center at 7pm. I saw the doctor at 8pm and they called the prescription into the Walgreens 4 blocks away. It wasn’t lightning fast but not too bad. They had one doctor, one nurse and a receptionist working.
The center was clean and there were 2 TV’s in the waiting area showing home improvement shows at low volume. Overall a painless and effective experience.
Note there are a few of these centers around Orlando but this particular one seems to be open later than the others.

I came here on a Sunday when I had a sudden ear infection while staying in Orlando for a conference. I was able to make and appointment and was seen quickly. I also appreciated that this was even available on a Sunday, in many places a doctor is only available in an emergency room on a Sunday. The staff was friendly and efficient, especially the receptionist. I would definitely go here again!
