Great Location because of Great management! Staff here are really nice and attentive by greeting you when you come in AND always makes an effort to say farewell as you head out the door. Subs always come out«scary» fast. Sometimes before I can finish paying in cash and receive my change I would have already received my sub! Talk about fast. Location is always really clean as well. Great quality food and never messes up an order! I’ve been going here since this jimmy johns opened and they never mess up my orders though I customize my orders quite a bit. The«unwich»(replace bread with lettuce) sandwiches here are always packed really tight so the sandwich doesn’t fall apart. Reasons to go here! Usually not crowded, even during lunch time. I bet that’s because the sandwiches are made so fast. Get the Gargantuan Sub if you’re a meat lover and would have a monster size appetitive as well! They have kettle baked chips in an assortment of flavors, bbq, salt and vinegar, and more. They have one day old bread for 0.50 cents a loaf if you’re a JJ bread lover!

I work very close to this JJ’s & enjoy their subs a bit more than Subway. Quizno’s was too expensive for a sandwich but have to agree $ 10 bucks for a sandy, chips & small drink is a bit much. I’ve both ordered delivery & eat-in at this establishment. Last week alone, we ordered x2 for the entire office($ 60 — $ 70 on avg) & the food is always fresh! Typically their sandwiches are overflowing w/meat & all the fixins! Haven’t had a bad sandwich yet & have tried almost all of the menu. I concur w/another review that the music is played way too loud for eat-in. Twice I’ve had a quick business mtg w/a customer & we both agreed to hold the conversation till we got outside because we couldn’t hear each other over the music. I’m no fuddy-duddy either as I regularly attend music festivals & concerts … I typically like to listen to my music louder than normal … But not in a restaurant while attempting to carry on a conversation. This is not a one-time exception as I routinely go in weekly to order my own food. I’ve even observed an employee turn it up & start singing so loud it was disruptive … I guess he thought he was being funny but after his poor attempt to sing, they left the music up loud! Last but not least, a few times I’ve experienced a less-than-happy-to-help attitude from the person behind the register. Once, I asked for my receipt & was told to «pick it up at the end.» When I got to the end, they threw my receipt out & told me to go back to the register to get a new one. No apology or desire to personally help out(not my job attitude)… Just rude. Other than that, the overall customer service is hit or miss — some guys are great while others not-so-much. I’ve had JJ’s at all different locations both in & out of Florida. In fact, January this year I was in Philadelphia for an emergency surgery on my dad. I went to a nearby JJ’s(3925 Walnut St location) & realized I had forgotten my wallet back in the hospital(Presbyterian Penn). I had walked a ½ mile one way to get there … The guy behind the counter told me, «it’s on me this time» … I was blown away by this great demonstration of above-and-beyond. After enjoying my sandwich & a cup of water, I approached the counter again & asked if they took AMEX(yes). I’m a freak of nature for memorizing numbers & I knew my 15 digit AMEX card number, exp date & security code — they entered it manually in to their system & I was able to pay for my sandwich after all but the good deed was already done! Now that’s epic service in my opinion! I heard a rumor Jimmy himself presents a Rolex watch to team members who go the extra mile & get recognized. I know this because a client of mine worked on Jimmy’s personal South Florida vacation home. The client’s superintendent was presented w/a Rolex for an extraordinary job & was told the reason behind it. Seems like the culture exists in senior & executive management but isn’t getting implemented at the field /store level. Pros — great sandwiches & usually overflowing w/the fixins. Never had a bad sandwich here. Usually delivery is Freaky Fast — can’t think of a time where they’ve ever been slow. Cons — prices are approaching a price threshold of almost too-much when a combo w/medium drink is $ 10.69. Music is too loud & customer service is inconsistent. Room for improvement. 3 Stars because the food is consistently good! There’s definitely room for improvement for this particular store.

Love the fresh, thin bread! Hope Jimmy John gets as big as Subways, they are way superior! Wish we had more of them in Lake county! Never had a bad experience at a Jimmy Johns and hope I never will. Love them!

Awesome group of people who work at this location — super friendly, and the young man who made my sandwich was great about adding extra dressing! Yum! :)

Good service and delivery, only had one mishap with an order but they quickly corrected it and they added a free drink to the order. My favorite is the number ten with bacon! So tasty.

Jimmy johns is the best. Look out subway, your days are numbered! The sandwiches are terrific, the lettuce and other veggies they put on them are always very fresh and good. I am generally not a fan of fast food due to cleanliness issues but no fear here. You can’t go wrong, good food. Good value.

Order lunch every day i’m on this side of town and it never disappoints. They know my order and it never takes longer than 5 – 10 minutes for them to get here. Plus the sub is amazing(has to be the bread).

Excellent food and extremely fast service, same as every other Jimmy John’s. Very cool inside the shop, like another reviewer said– the AC was on so high my napkins kept flying off the table. I guess this is a really good thing in July, but not so great in February. I got the italian club unwich(added hot peppers), which is basically the ingredients meant for the italian club but wrapped in big lettuce leaves instead of bread. It was delicious as usual. They have a good chip selection though I did not have any. They serve normal coke products at their fountain drink machine. No real complaints other than the parking lot– the building next to it is under construction right now, and the parking lot is a little bit dirty.

Friendly staff, very welcoming when you walk in the door… the motto is freaky fast subs. and they are. I compare every sub i get to this place! I love it! #4 Turkey Tom with no sprouts, extra tomato, add cucumber!(they ask if you want cheese or bacon… get the cheese if you want but pass on the bacon… not every good) Pair it with a bag of chips, they have the good crunchy kind! Ive also tried the beach club, the avocado spread added a little something extra to the sub. Not mad. What adds to the sandwiches being so good it the fresh baked bread! Sad when I gave up bread for lent one year but i could pass up my JJs… so i had the sub the un-wich which is a lettuce wrap… concerned at first cause the bread is such a signature part of the sub but totally OK with it… still satisfied my craving!

Prettty good sandwich. They don’t cut their subs, which I didn’t like. When I asked them why they didn’t cut their sandwiches, they said because it’s quicker that way. next time i’ll remember to ask for it cut when i order.. loved the chocolate chunk cookie too. The greeting when you walk in the door, or leave is a little over the top. i walked in, and everyone was like«welcome to jimmy john’s». a little weird. it’s fun reading all the signs they have up.

I’ve been to numerous Jimmy John’s numerous times. The food is always really good. Usually I am able to make to a Jimmy’s Johns 1 to 2 times per week. Normally I give their food 4 stars. This particular Jimmy John’s I’m going to give 3 stars. Last few times I’ve been in this one, it’s been really cold. The way the restaurant is set up is that the thermostat is located right next to the computer monitors for the to-go orders. The temperature is set to 73. All the vents face out toward the customers resulting in temperatures between 60 and 65 for everyone else. I like it cold but was unbearable. Also the music has been wayyy too loud. I think the employees turn it up so they can hear while working which is cool but all the speakers are located in the customer sections so they compensate to hear in the kitchen. I couldn’t even hear the person sitting across from me in the booth. Other than that, the sandwiches are prepped and finished usually before you can finish paying which is awesome. It’s ideal for take out or delivery in my opinion.
