Carrabba’s Italian Grill

A little disappointed with this carrabbas. It was just my boyfriend and I and we got seated at a table for 6… Which would have been no problem, except that a table with a baby (table for 4) asked to switch with us right away after they claimed to have asked for a larger table. We moved over and were seated without menus. But our waitress Janine came over and was very pleasant. We got the mozzarella sticks (if you could call them that) Caesar salads and a fettuccini with shrimp and a scallop and shrimp all a vodka. He mozzarella sticks were a disappointment, most of them were burnt. Our salads were fine, the food was spaced out perfectly. The entrees were good as well, just a lot of garnish on the scallop dish. Overall food and service was ok.

I am in town with three of my coworkers for a conference this week. We had Crystal for a waitress and she was spectacular. The food was great also. Even though it is in a very busy area, we did not have to wait long at all.

Most disappointing evening at an Italian or should we say supposed Italian. Come to find out they no longer offer penne pastas or rigatoni pastas at Carribas anymore, wth how can an Italian restaurant not have macaroni products to say the least our party of 4 left and went to Macaroni Grill

My dawg P and me just hit up carabbas and had the illest meal imaginable. Started off with some Italian brewhas which were tight. Next got served up some dank fresh bread, followed by some legit salads, and then finished off with that combo steak sirloin and goat cheese chicken Marsala with a side of some money garlic mashed pots. The Dankness was next level.

Overpriced for run-​of-​the-​mill Italian food.
I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken, ended up being VERY small, not worth $ 16.
Service was not good, waiter was impatient and very slow (lemonade refill took 15 minutes).
So I won’t be back — even Olive Garden beats this place.

Service was very good. Waitress Stephanie was awesome. The 3 stars are for the food. It was bland. We ordered the brushhetta appetizer and it was pretty average. Not bad. Just average. Nothing note worthy. It was etible though.
We ordered the meatball sandwich which was average, the lentil soup –avarage, the strawberry Tuscan salad– average and the drinks were also average.
Overall, decent but nothing noteworthy.
If your hungry, it will satify, if you are looking for a breathtaking experiance with amazing food, pass.

Love this place for some quick Italian! Sometimes the service can be a hit or miss, but just wanted to make a quick shout out to Kim! She wasn’t our server this time, but she was so nice enough to help us out with the wine list. Next time we decide on Carrabbas for dinner we definitely will request her! Such a friendly face and great service. Thanks Kim!

Don’t ever try this nasty restaurant! 3:20 for service from a drunk waitress! There’s many better options just around the corner!

I loved the food, I mean I went to heaven when I ate the food. I have never in my life tasted food so delicious. And the service was 5 stars. The best service was Ryan 5 stars to Ryan.

I like the Carrabas chain but that location does not appeal.
The mussels smelled very bad and my friend was very sick in a few hours.
They couldn’t cook my steak properly, I had to send it back 2 times! Finally I cancelled it.
The manager stooped by and took care of our deserts. But still the experience was horrible. Will never be back.

Can we get one of these in CaLifornia!!!
My fiancé and I came here for my bday dinner whiLe we were vacationing in FLorida. We already had a nice expensive dinner the night before to ceLebrate me being a year oLder so we weren’t Looking for anything too fancy. Carrabbas sounded Like a good pLan since it is no secret that I Love my carbs and I Love me some ItaLian food (primariLy PASTA).
At first gLance, this pLace gives off the feeL of your typicaL oLive garden|macaroni griLL? Nothing too great to Look at but its not bad either.
We came in to a pretty empty restaurant and were a bit taken back that there was going to be a wait. For a quick second, I contempLated going eLsewhere.
We both Lucked out with our server Ryan. He was heLpfuL, honest, patient, and extremeLy kind.
It took us a bit of time Looking over the menu and we had a miLLion and one questions for Ryan but he took it aLL Like a champ.
Between our party of 2 we ordered:
–House made Lemonade
–CaLamari (offered as haLf & fuLL order… We did fuLL)
–Cavatappi Franco (chicken, mushroom, sundried tomatoes, broccoLi, kaLamata oLives in garLic and oLive oiL.
–BowL of Minestrone Soup
–Mahi WuLfe (breaded Mahi griLLed w/​artichokes, sundried tomatoes in a basiL Lemon sauce) & a side of GarLic Mash.
–House SaLad
There was not a singLe compLaint regarding our order.
Carrabbas’ housemade Lemonade was deLish– tart enough with a hint of sweetness!
The caLamari came straight out of the fryer. PLate was piping hot and so was the caLamari– cooked perfectLy with a crispy outside & tender on the inside.
Minestrone Soup was good but I’ve had better.
Cavatappi Franco Pasta was to die for. I didn’t think I wouLd enjoy it as much as I did but I was compLeteLy bLown away. Seasoned perfectLy and aL dente.
The Mahi WuLfe was a soLid piece of fish– they don’t skimp on the portions here! Whoohoo! Mahi was not overcooked and the garLic mash was great.
We ended the night with a compLimentary BruLee Ricotta Cheesecake accompanied with fresh fruit and a berry sauce. YUM!
I found myseLf compLeteLy stuffed and yet I had a hard time stopping myseLf from continuousLy eating! IT WAS THAT DAMN GOOD!!! Huge portions and so very affordabLe. I didn’t expect too much waLking in but i Left pLeasantLy surprised and quite sad that I wouLdnt be abLe to try any other Carrabbas’ offerings :(

Carrabbas … We were hungry so we stoped by in this restaurant. Busy but we got table in less then 5 mins. Our waitress was friendly and funny. Called us honey. Well if she say so. Food here is just good, tasty nice fresh smell. From lentils spicy soup to main meal. My seafood stew was just delicious and my GF she had even left over from her plate chicken goat cheese. They know what they are doing even if they dont look like they know :). I like this place. I think we will back one day.

Great atmosphere, great food, generous servings and excellent service from Sean, who made sure both kids and adults were well served and satisfied! Would definitely come again if I lived here. After an exhausting day at Disney, it was the perfect ending for our families!

We had our rehearsal dinner at this location back on ⁹⁄₁₈ and it was a total disaster. We contacted the manager about a week prior to let them know we had a party of 15 and worked with him to do a set menu to give our guests a shorter menu that could be prepared in advance.
From the time we walked in to be seated everything was a mess. The menus we choose were pre printed up and were great. However, none of the servers had any clue what to do with it. The service was very slow and then when it came time to pay it took forever and all the checks were messed up.
This is a new location but we have been dining with Carabbas for years and were just embarrassed we made the choice to bring our guests here. Never again!

Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Our server new the menu very well and made great recomendations. We’ve been to Carrabba’s in other states but this one set a new standaed.

Not a fan of the selection. Came once during Mother’s Day, and they had a lobster dish that’s was amazing. Been here 3 times since, and they haven’t had it since Mother’s Day. Every time I order something, I eat it… but don’t love it. Service was great. Dessert was really good, apple crostata. If I come back to this area, I would definitely go somewhere else

The restaurant although a decent size was extremely poorly staffed. Instead of waiting in the cold reception area we decided to get a drink at the bar while we wait, which was also even colder.
The bar seats probably an average of 10 — 15 people was run by a lonely gentlemen. He tried to do the best of his ability but he was rushing around trying to attend everyone at the bar, the waiters were also including their own orders, he was attempting to clean up but was hardly able to, and checking out clients. I felt bad ordering since you can tell he was already overwhelmed without help.
When we got our table, our waitress was also extremely slow and kept apologizing for not attending us quickly and that they were poorly staffed. Mind you we didn’t mention our dissatisfaction with the lack of staff OR how slowly run everything was.
I won’t be coming back to this place not because of the amount of staff but because of the comfort I had here. Everything was high top when I got here. The bar had high top chairs along with the booths and the tables. I’m not short but I felt like my feet were always dangling which is extremely uncomfortable. I was also shivering from the cold the whole time I was there. As for the food? It wasn’t memorable.

One word: «DELICIOUS»… Okay, I have to elaborate because this restaurant deserves a more thorough review.
I visited this location on 5÷8÷15 after visiting the BIGEYE and the entire area surrounding this new development. Well, it was finally time to grab a bite to eat, and from the moment I walked through the door, to placing my order and taking my first bite into my ‘Chicken Masala Dinner’, I was truly amazed at how delicious it was. My waiter, Karla T was absolutely amazing; ensuring that my food was okay and periodically checking up on me throughout my dining experience. The chicken was so tender and tasteful and the mashed potatoes tasted homemade.
For someone who cooks everyday at home, I felt a sense of relief going out and having someone cook for me for a change. It’s been two weeks since I visited this restaurant and I’m still reminiscing on how great my experience was. It’s a holiday weekend so I will be returning to indulge in something else on the menu.

Ate at this location last night (01/​23/​2015), and have to say it is the worst Carrabba’s I’ve ever eaten at. The restaurant itself was clean, but seemed like the air conditioning broke because it was hot and humid inside. The food was edible, but that evening my girlfriend and I were both sick to our stomachs. The service was awful.
All in all, I would suggest staying away from this location.

I was extremely disappointed in my experience here; I really like Carabbas and don’t like giving a bad review, but the service and food was quite dire. Our server was completely incompetent and I actually started to wonder if he was high through the evening. We received 1 basket of bread for 5 people (had to ask 3 times for another and never got the second oil dish we requested multiple times) and we went to the bar ourselves to refill our drinks because they sat empty for so long. Food was ice cold upon arrival and I sent mine back because it tasted bad. Typically a manager should come over if food is sent back to see if something can be done to make the customer happy; not here.
Typically I enjoy Carabbas as a reliable and consistent place to eat, but I will certainly never return to this particular location.
