Very clean, friendly staff, amazing food. Finally a place that has a veggie friendly option

This is by far THE place to go if you want a great burger. Get the Shack burger you won’t be disappointed. I also highly recommend the cheese fries to round out the meal. Wash it down with their homemade lemonade and you will be all set.

While visiting I-​Drive 360 in Orlando, my wife and I wanted something to eat; but, not too much. We spotted Shake Shack while shopping; and, decided to give it a try. We ordered the Chick’n Shack, fries and two black and white shakes (one malted.). The chicken was among the best I have ever eaten, it was so crispy and flavorful and juicy! The topping complemented the sandwich perfectly. The fries were fresh-​cooked, hot and tasty. The shakes were good; but, it wasn’t worth the extra price for the malt. Better than most of the other «new» burger places to hit Orlando. We decided that we WILL be back!

Very good! Shakes are awesome, burgers are great! It is a it pricey. Family of 4 ordered a hotdog, two burgers, two orders of fries, an order of cheese fries, two shakes and two large sodas and it was $ 47 bucks!

Honestly… I don’t really get the hype about shake shack. It was an ok burger… but nothing to write home about. I got extra sauce because I could barely taste the sauce that was put on the original burger. The cheese fries were not so wonderful… I thought the fries were bettter without the cheese. The shakes were really not good either. It’s like the shakes weren’t cold… I don’t know how exactly else to describe it but… that’s what I felt life. If I was in the area and had a hankering for a burger I might go back… but not likely.

So yummy! First time here and lives up to the hype from all my family and friends in NYC. I had the Cheeseburger with bacon and pickle. Also had some cheese fries. All was delicious. However, I’d recommend getting the cheese sauce on the side for the fries this way the fries at the bottom don’t get soaked and soft. But I’ll definitely be back. The chicken sandwich looked amazing.

I’d recently grown tired of burgers, but Shake Shack has undone that. I am from LA, and we just got our first Shake Shack here. I loved the seasoning of these burgers. It reminds me of the delicious homemade burgers my family grills. The buns are soft and tasty. And the fries! Oh, the fries! I love shoestring fries and the ones here are fab. Haven’t gotten around to trying a shake, but I hope to make it to the one out here sometime to try one.
The location of this Shake Shack is especially awesome. It is located in a little town center with the Orlando Eye and other eateries. We were in Orlando for 9 days and visited twice: once from the Universal property and one from the Disney property. Very close and convenient. A little pricey, but no more than you’d pay on-​site at Disney or Universal, and twice as good.

You know the special sauce, fries w/​cheese and quality of beef was actually great, especially for fast food but something about the bread I didn’t like.
Tasted like an unsweetened Hawaiian roll…

What can one say but WOW!!! The location is so cool and the staff helpful and friendly. Ordering was easy and pick up a flash. The best thing was zero disappointment. The burger was incredible and I didn’t add a thing to my double Shackburger. It was dreamy. I’m not usually a fan of crinkle fries but here they are very good. The shake was reminiscent of a vanilla shake I used to drink in Southern California.
Absolutely delicious!!!

I’ve been on a bit of a burger hunt lately and have been reading a lot about In-​N-​Out competitors, like Shake Shack. This past Sunday I happened to be flying into Orlando and took the opportunity to swing by for my first experience with this chain, and it was worth every painful intersection of traffic to get here.
The line was short, which was great. I ordered a Double Shack Burger to go and it took about 10 minutes to prepare. I grabbed my bag, took a quick peak and thought «whoa, that sucker looks good!».
I got in my truck, opened it up and started in. Instantly I was in tasty, gooey cheeseburger heaven. This thing was spectacular! I only wish I could have added a touch of salt and that there was more sauce on it, but it was otherwise perfect.
Was it worth $ 8.50? Given we have no In-N-Out’s here, hell ya! Until if try Freddy’s again, SmashBurger and a few more places, this is the top chain burger to date for me.

YAY! Glad to have found it in Orlando, and the quality was same as in NY, but no lines! Loved it!
The milkshakes are a must and go for the burgers and cheese fries!

Not a bad place. Very tasty. Nice atmosphere with four or five 55″ TVs on a sports channel. The burgers were good but the patties were thin. I’d say a double patty is no more than a half pound — at the very most. Think Sonic. Aside from the size, they were good. I’ve just as good for a lot less than $ 28. So perhaps a little overpriced.
And on our way out we decided to try a shake. Not bad. Very chocolatey! $ 5.75.

Shackburger was good but Smoke Shack was a better burger. You can tell that the meat they use is good quality Angus beef. This is the best burger Ive had from a fast food place in Florida. Also had the cheese fries, it was good but nothing to go crazy about. Their salted caramel shake is a bit overpriced and the flavor was not there. Overall a good place if you want great burger.
Btw that shacksauce they have reminds me of another chains special sauce :)

I have been wanting to try shake shack for the lonnnnngest time! I first heard about it because I saw it in a film, and luckily on my vacation to Orlando they had a shake shack near our hotel. I’m honestly so impressed. I’ve heard mixed reviews about it, but I don’t know why? It’s reallllly good. I can’t really compare it to anything else, it just tastes so fresh and I like how it isn’t such a heavy meal. It’s the right size: one small drink, small fry and a regular single shack burger w/​everything on it was my order. They have a few other burger items, hot dogs, shakes and a chicken sandwich. I think this place is such a cute venue with beautiful outdoor seating accompanied by lights with a perfect view of the shopping center.
If you happen to be near a shake shack, please try it. It isn’t mediocre and it doesn’t taste like any normal burger. The buns are good, the meat is delicious and the shack sauce is to die for.

My absolute favorite burger chain has been growing in Florida and that makes me the happiest girl in the world! I used to drive more than two hours just to go to the one in Winter Park and now with the one on International Drive open, my drive is cut down to just an hour and a half! Yay! I love Shake Shack that much! I just need them to open a location in the Tampa Bay area so I could use that extra gas money for burger money lol.
Anyway, I love Shake Shack because it’s just so freaking good. I haven’t tried much on the menu — actually, I only ever order the Shack burger, cheese fries, and frozen custards– but every time I order my favorite items from any location, it’s always fresh and delicious. Now, if you’re new to Shake Shack, don’t expect their food to change your life (well, it might, because it changed mine by making it impossible to live without it), because their menu is pretty simple. It’s the freshness of their items that make it so good. Their menu is so simple and that’s what makes it so good. If you’re going to make a simple burger joint, at least be the best burger joint and Shake Shack just does that.

This is a perfectly fine spot for fast food, but after all the hype that preceded it I must admit I was expecting more.
The space is light and airy, and the ordering process is super-​efficient. The speed of preparation is surprisingly slow, though, and I went on a not particularly busy day.
The French fries are excellent – very crisp on the crinkly outside, tender in the center. The coffee shake is also great, and worthy of naming the place after.
The weak element turned out to be the burger. I had the SmokeShack, a completely average cheeseburger except for the addition of fairly flavorless bacon and some pickled red peppers. The meat patty was unremarkable, but the bun was the real weakness, a large mushy hunk of bread that quickly turned soggy.
The price of these three items was a bit shocking, coming in at just over $ 16. And they aren’t even particularly large. I’m somewhat insensitive to restaurant pricing, but even to me that seems a lot for what was on my tray.
I would go back to Shake Shack if I was in the area and wanted a shake, but I’d probably eat lunch someplace else first.

What a pleasant surprise. Mushroom burgers at the Shake Shake? Thought it was going to be a thick cut of a portobella mushroom and not much flavor. That shows me I should not judge a book by its cover. It was not that at all and was very good. It exceeded my expectations.
It’s crispy, cheesy especially inside, with a tasty sauce. I thought it was going to be grilled but it’s fried. The menu says fried, but I didn’t pay attention because so many places do it like that. The crispyness gives it that nice crunch and because it’s prepared this way, you also don’t get that stronger mushroom flavor. I don’t mind that, but others do. Add this to thick melted muenster and cheddar cheese, and their sauce. It’s yummy! I easily ate two. Two because they’re delicious, but also because they’re on the smaller side.
What a great vegetarian sandwich that both vegetarians and non can enjoy.

El servicio diez puntos. La Roadside Shack con bacon y cebolla caramelizada un éxito. Las cheese fries, únicas e irrepetibles. Al decir que no queríamos coca, en la caja nos dieron de probar un par de jugos, muy ricos, para elegir cuál queríamos llevar.

Shake Shack was my first food stop when i came to Orlando. The only other one i’ve been to was in Grand Central Station in NY so i was super excited to try it again. I had a great experience in NY, but I was very underwhelmed with the burger i had here. The bun tasted slightly chewy and on the older side, and i think that ruined the burger for me.
My guess on why the big difference between NY and here is that the one in New York is super crowded, keeping the food very fresh. The location here had only 6 people when i entered during dinner time.

Some of the best burgers in the world. People who tell you their burgers are bad or «nothing special» are generally cheapskates who are mad at the higher-​than-​average prices. Their burgers are special. Every burger is cooked to medium (the way a proper burger should be cooked). You have to specify otherwise if you want it ruined. I mean well-​done. They use high quality beef, which makes a massive difference. Actually, they use high quality everything; hence the higher prices.
This location I went to 3 times. All the employees were happy, kind, and helpful. They brought our food out to us, took our empty trays when we were done, and even offered to get me ketchup so I didn’t have to. I love Shake Shack.
