My husband could not afford an engagement ring so he thought he would at least buy a classic piece from Cartier a gold band. After we were married he took it to get engraved Cartier messed up the engraving not ONCE but TWICE! I understand it is not Cartier most expensive ring but it certainly holds a great deal of value to me. Since then we have wasted trips and time to Cartier due to their negligence. And not to mention that Cartier has been in possession of my ring for a month now. I am heartbroken and sad that this has been a less than positive experience with Cartier. Cartier standards and customer service need to be reviewed, especially because it is Cartier.

I went to this store to order some links for my watch, after many calls(3 months) following up on the order and after speaking with the manager and being told that someone was going to call me back I realized that they were not serious about it, so I turned around and called the Miami Store and the service and response from Miami was very professional, prompt, and courteous, I ended getting my links via fedex in less than a week, and between the holidays! They even told me that they couldn’t find any records of that order being place previously. Very disappointed with the Orlando store, thanks Miami for your great service.

we have had pleasant experiences at Cartier awhile back, we came in recently to make another purchase for our anniversary, our regular jewelries representative wasn’t there that day, so another person was trying to help us. However, this extremely rude saleswoman whose assertiveness made us quite uncomfortable. She wasn’t gentle with her words nor friendly, and her lacks of enthusiasm seemed so fake. She was rushing us with our purchase, we felt like as if she was doing us a favor with her snobbish personality. Seriously, our purchase could easily be her entire year salary, so why being so nasty for? We like Cartier, but we’re gonna stay with our regular salesperson instead.
