We stayed here for a few days in early 2010 when we visited Disney World. The ambience and décor is great especially in the lobby which hosts some whimsical dragons. The décor is carried through into the rooms as well. It is overall very beautiful inside and out. There is a lovely garden around the pool which has a nice fountain. It was easy check-in and they give you fresh warm cookies, which my husband loved. It was very clean and well kept. They have a concierge in the lobby that is very helpful for planning your day and telling you where to go and what to see, they have tons of brochures and you can even buy tickets there. My only complaint and reason for the 4 stars would be that they have breakfast but it is not complimentary, nor did they have complimentary coffee or tea in the lobby(only the gross tiny coffee maker in the room) which most hotels seem to have now and is nice to have when you arrive so you don’t have to run out to get something. Also the location was very good for driving to Disney and other sites in Orlando, centrally located to everything. We would definitely stay here again!
