I always love having chick Fil A food! This location has very professional and attentive staff just like the other chick Fil A locations I’ve been to in Connecticut. The chicken sandwich and the salad came out quickly after I ordered them. They were delicious! I devoured the sandwich and the kale salad after I had checked in to the double tree Hilton hotel near the restaurant. The sandwich was still warm 30 min after I had left the restaurant. It was nicely insulated in a sandwich bag. It was my comfort food after a long day of travel via car and airplane.

The food was good and they have a special way of preparing the chicken. Would recommend all my friends to visit. Really nice to my taste.

This is the chick-​fil-​a that I mostly go to and i love it. Not only they have great food but they also provide excellent service. The employees are always so attentive. They always make sure that the order is correct and check if you need anything once you are seating at your table. Since I visit this place often, the employees know my name and what I order which is awesome.

Chick-​fil-​a have a veggie wrap if you replace the cheese it becomes vegan they also have a baby spinach spring mix to take the place of lettuce and the wrap is made out of flax seed or has flax seeds in it they also have as a superfood a fruit bowl or a salad that has a no meat in it they have for new salad dressings one is an apple cider one of them is a basalmic vinaigrette one of them chili lime which are vegan Allison was very helpful in explaining all the options that they had but in my meal would be 100% vegan the store is very clean the service is friendly they’re very knowledgeable quick service even if the long line you get waited on quickly a great place to go and have a vegan meal try the veggie wrap without cheese

This a a stand alone chick fila and it is very god. The service was fast and great and the restaurant was clean and nice.
It is a very good stop and I highly recommended if you are in this area to stop in and give this place a try
I love that they have fully automatic bathrooms. Your hand touch nothing and that is wonderful

Fast food is fast food right? No. At least not at this particular establishment. This Chick-​Fil-​A location is top notch. They are fairly new but somehow the owner/​operator has effectively managed to hire some really great staff who have passed their customer service training with 5 stars. Seriously, this place is packed during lunch and I still feel like an appreciated guest. The staff are friendly, quick, and the niceness doesn’t seem forced. The food is fresh and the chicken actually looks and tastes like chicken.
I really appreciate the extra touch and along with the quality of the food. I will definitely keep coming back. Whatever they are doing, it’s working!

CFA: OK, that’ll be a 3 piece strip, an ice water and would you like a Free Milkshake with that?
Me: ??? You people just made my day! I would Love a Free Milkshake!
CFA: OK! What flavor?
Me: Chocolate
CFA: Whipped Cream and a Cherry?
Me: Yes! And Yes!
I love CFA — I don’t think there is a better fast food option — In BOTH Food Quality and Customer Service Quality. This trip just made me love CFA all that much more!!!
So … I don’t think I really said that aloud, I think I just said «May I have a 3 piece strip and an ice water, please».
— But then again I’m still not sure because when I got to the pick up window the girl said «Here’s your strips, your water and your Free LARGE Chocolate Milkshake with Whipped Cream and a Cherry. Enjoy!»

Speedy drive thru, great tea, and nice & warm breakfast biscuits. It’s Chick Fil A. It’s hard to mess up such an amazing thing.

Super attentive service. Forgot to grab a straw or fork? A friendly staff member will stroll by the table to offer one before you’ve thought about getting up. Can we airlift this place to Boston?

I am huge fan of Chick Fil A! I tend to visit this chain at least 3 times a week whether it be for breakfast or lunch. This particular location is close to home and my son loves playing in their play area, so we come here often. I can’t get enough of their grilled chicken tenders which are always juicy and great tasting. I have never had a problem with service and I find that if you park and go inside, it’s much faster than the drive-​thru. Located right on Semoran near the Orlando International Airport makes it a convenient location for a fast meal!

Menu is the menu… great food, decent prices. What made me want to comment was the amazing customer service! Every single employee at this location was friendly, courteous and so willing to help. I’ve never ever seen anything like it at a «fast food» restaurant.

I love me some chicken, and these guys really know how to work it well. Be it grilled or fried, in a sandwich or in nuggets form, whatever you eat will definitely be tasty and delicious at Chick-​Fil-​A. And the waffle fries are great, too!
This location in particular is very frequented. You can either use the drive-​thru or opt to park and eat in. Either way, you’ll probably have to make a line because of how many people go there. But, it moves fast, so don’t worry. The employees are friendly and will answer any questions you have (even under pressure because of how many people are in line).
Being relatively new to the area, this Chick-​Fil-​A is very welcomed around these parts!

This chick-​fil-​a certainly cares about the community. They have all kinds of fun events for people of all ages. You can join the text Club and receive free offers on a regular basis. Don’t forget to purchase your annual chick-​fil-​a calendar at the end of the year. They’re only $ 6 or $ 7 and you get a free meal deal every month. The people are always nice and happy to see you; the food is hot and fresh; and you can’t beat a delicious ice cream sundae.

This location is very good. We have stopped by numerous times for lunch and food is always hot and staff is very friendly. The times we have eaten inside, the place was spotlessly clean. When we have used the drive-​in, find it amazing how fast and efficently they serve. It is fast food but its good all around fast food. Obviously employees happy working there and it shows. If the haters don’t want to eat here, its their choice. As for me, love that chikin!!!

Despite their stance on things they have no business running their mouths about… I love their chicken and so do my kids. It’s easy to get them to eat the nuggets by bribing them with a trip to the indoor play area when they’re done.
This is a fairly new Chick-​Fil-​A and a welcome addition to the Lee Vista area which is convenient for us Lake Nona folks because it does not cost a toll to get off the Semoran exit from 528. Their food is consistent with all other Chick-Fil-A’s so I won’t go into detail there. While I have noticed that some Chick-Fil-A’s have a person walking around asking if you need drink refills, at my most recent visit my kids were offered a stuffed toy cow which was delightful! I then realized that there were several other happy children milling about with their new cow toys and that really made my day. Perhaps it’s the holidays, but it was a very nice gesture that was greatly appreciated.
Another small difference that I noticed is that their play area is much more accommodating for toddlers. Instead of the spinning dials and puzzles requiring a kid to climb up into a small space where all kids go through to get to the slide, these items were accessible from the floor and separate from the slide access. While my kids have outgrown the toddler area, it’s nice to see the toddlers have their own area so they don’t accidentally get hurt.

All I can say against this location is that the parking lot is too small for the lunch crowd. That’s not uncommon for a CFA, but there are no other lots to use when this one gets full. Other than that, it’s perfect.
Protip: If you eat at CFA at least once a month, buy the calendar! You’ll make your money back quickly. You won’t regret it.

It’s fast food. If you eat here don’t act surprised when your food doesn’t taste like it came from a 5 star restaurant. It’s fast food! Anyways, the location was clean and the employees were quick and courteous. The food was fresh and good. 5 stars for a good eating experience.

The food at this (and all) Chick-​Fil-​A, is identical to what you will find at any other nationawide chain. What makes Chick-​Fil-​A different is, from my understanding, two things:
1) The company is an outspoken opponent of same-​sex marriage. Evidently, the ownership found justification for this position in some book written 3000 years ago, a book that also talks about genocide and rape as effective political tools, and which was once used as justification to oppose interracial marriage.
2) Managers mill around the restaurant, asking if everything is to your satisfaction. Another such restaurant is Los Pollos Hermanos.
This particular location is notable for being the same as all others, except this: I notice many mornings that there are 3 – 4 police cars parked here. I wonder if that is because Chick-​Fil-​A needs hater protection. Having had to go there with a coworker, I also got some free horseradish sauce, which took the edge off of patronizing a right-​wing bastion of discrimination (but not enough for another star)
It seems pretty clear to me that the only reason this or any Chick-​Fil-​A operates is a loyal following by values voters, Sarah Palin, conspiracy theorists, and the moral majority.

Chick-​fil-​A! Can someone please explain to me the history of their name? I’m just curious…
Haha anyways! I love their food. Though its still a fast food and not too healthy of a place to eat, it’s still a lot better than many of their fellow competitors.
Their chicken is delish! Very fresh and juicy, and their sauces are the BEST! Honey Roasted BBQ and Polynesian are my favorite. The chicken sandwiches they are famous for… well there’s a reason WHY they are famous for it! SO GOOD (next to them being the first)
And they have WAFFLE FRIES! Whether you love french fries as much as me or not, lets just please acknowledge and appreciate the fact that they offer awesome, fresh, and crispy waffle fries. That’s the deal breaker for me and hopefully for you if you haven’t been.
Service? One word: Phenomenal. I work in the food business and know how important customer service is, and I try my very best to give my customers the best experience possible every minute I am on the job.
It seems like the employees at Chick-​fil-​A have the same mindset as well.
All in all: Go for it! Chick-​fil-​A is definitely a better quality and overall better everything fast food restaurant that offers good food and friendly service.
Family friendly too! I always see parents with their children there and it’s so cute :)
