Firehouse Subs

Worst location ever! Rude staff. Didn’t greet me. Didn’t even ask if I was ready to order. I had to say can I order and she just said ya what do you want. Ordered the smoked beef and cheddar and got no cheddar at all.
Love firehouse and will continue to go just not this location.

Currently at firehouse and gotta say I’ve been to a few different ones and this store has officially become my favorite. I order my food and the service was quick and hot. The staff is polite and the young woman at the front gave outstanding customer service. One thing I also like was its super clean. A+ firehouse! Great job.

Deli quality subs at a fast food prices. Superior over subway and Quiznos

Searching for a good spot to grab a late lunch, we decided to stop into this place and give it a shot. We were plesantly surprised by the quality of our food as well as the service that we received. Our subs were amazing. The wheat rolls used for the subs were delicious and they were filled with quality ingredients. The chef salad was also very good and was given with a choice to what meat you prefer.

The food is great. I’m a big fan of Quiznos and this place is basically a gourmet version of Quiznos. I would have given five stars based on the quality of food but there were two problems during my visit. First, I ordered a p&j for my daughter. She’s 2 ½ and she loves her some p&j. Well, she got the j but they forgot the p. WTF? How do you forget to put some peanut butter on a peanut butter and jelly sammich? There are only two ingredients between two slices of bread!!! It’s not a real complicated thing.
The other problem was the two young ladies that were working. We arrived about 10 minutes before closing and they made it very clear that they were not happy with us being there. Ok, I realize it’s late, you want to get home, whatever. If you don’t want to be open until a certain time, then close earlier. If you say you are open until X and I arrive at X-​10 minutes, then treat me with some respect and act like you appreciate my business.
I ordered four sammiches and only one, the easiest, was messed up. The other three were a real delight and thankfully we had peanut butter at home so we were able to fix my daughters sammich once we realized that something was missing.
