Fantastic service and a great salesman. Thank you Frank. My husband and I went in the shop to buy one pair of sandals. My husband bought two pairs of sandals as they were on sale, a pair of loafers that I’ve been asking my husband to buy for years, and a pair of sandals for me that feel like slippers. Frank, the manager, went and selected shoes for me after I told him how difficult it is for me to get shoes because of a foot deformity. He was fantastic and so helpful. If you are in the area and need shoes then try this store.

Wow– Great customer service!
As the saleswoman went to get his size in the back my boyfriend actually turned to me and said «What a difference. This is the first time in this mall today that anyone has asked us if they could help us find something.»
It’s true that this was a Friday afternoon and the Florida Mall was FULL of tourists, but I realized that we had been in no fewer than 4 stores at that point where we had no service at all. We even left one of them feeling dumbfounded solely because we were looking for the men’s shoe section and couldn’t find a single employee (even at the registers) to help us and they didn’t have any info by the escalators about the products on the second floor.
Not only did they take the BF’s foot measurements before heading into the back room, but afterwards the manager talked to us about the original Clark’s style shoe that he was buying and how that one had been around forever and he used to wear them in the 70s. Great customer service and a seemingly true sharing of past experiences with the brand. Not too shabby.
I probably would have forgotten to review this store if it weren’t for the stark contrast in service that day. Kudos to their team!

About a year and a half ago I purchased shoes from this store and received fantastic service. Due to the high quality of Clark’s shoes, special shoe needs, and the great service last time, I decided to return. My last visit –a few weeks ago — was a huge disappointment.
The store has changed locations in the mall temporarily — I believe due to construction of a new bigger store perhaps.
The selection was much smaller.
I felt like I was a huge bother the the people working there — a customer should never feel like that.
You had to wait forever to get helped, and when I was helped I was not listened to.
They did not seem to care to help me find what I am looking for. I told them I had special shoe needs and told them my size (based upon previous sizing experience there) but the clerk insisted in resizing me and bringing me out shoes that were too small.
I guess I don’t fit the description of the high dollar tourists that the buses drop off every day.
I wanted to walk out of there with at least of two pairs of not-​so-​cheap shoes but I left with none.

This store needs to be commended on their awesome customer service.
I found a pair of brown sensible loafers about a year ago. I love them! So much so, that I wanted another pair in black. I went in this store the other day to find they were discontinued. But, the gracious staff offered to track down a pair somewhere in the netherworld and have them express shipped to my house… for free… in 2 days! Plus they were marked way down since they were low stock. I also got a complimentary shoe shine while my transaction took place.
I be currently wearing the black shoes, and my feet are smiling. This store could be 5 stars if the overall selection were a bit better, but we were able to find what I wanted. Next time I don’t know if I’ll be so lucky…
