If I could give them zero stars, I would. FYI I have 160 Unilocal Reviews under my belt. I took my mower to them two or three times and they kept fixing it. I am not sure why I didnt get the clue that they«fix» it and then magically you have to take it back weeks later. My mower is old. Okay, tell me that instead of «fixing» it two-three times for hundreds of dollars. They keep your mower on average 2 weeks. The last time I took it to them they kept it 2 weeks, charged me $ 200 bucks and it still didn’t work correctly. I could mow the lawn for 2 minutes maybe. When I took it back, they said oh we will have it in a couple of days, a cable isnt working and we wont charge you for labor, just parts. I said okay, fine. Two weeks later, no phone call from them. I call and they say it’s not our fault we had to order parts. I said you gave me a mower that wasnt working after you had it two weeks, I gave it back to you and two weeks later you still havent ordered the parts?! So they say Honda says their computer is down and blah blah. The reality is that they are closed several days a week, only have a couple of people working and have a million mowers lined up to fix and they need to hire more people. They need to charge higher prices if they fix things cheaply and poorly. The best part is the owner insulting me for having a ten year old mower.WOW. I said you should have told me it was too old to fix instead of taking it in three times knowing it was cheaper for me to buy a new mower. How dishonest. The lady who works there is pleasant to talk to. I believe her husband is the co-owner and he has never been pleasant when I talk to him. As soon as she put him on the phone, he cut me off and said things like, «Can I talk?» I didnt even get to tell him that I had to pay to have someone mow my lawn because they keep it so long.

Had a terrible experience here. Dropped off my mower with one employee and they said it would be a certain price and if it were going to be higher, they would call me to get permission to continue work. Never got a call back until a couple weeks later a different employee was telling me the work was done and the price was double the original quote. The mower was a cheap one and I didn’t want to put much money into it. I was forced to pay up or just leave it. When I brought up that I was supposed to have been called about changes, they denied ever telling me this.

These guys were great. I took my RV in to have them look at the generator and they were wonderful and fair. Unfortunately, the problem was beyond their reach(they don’t even specialize in anything having to do with RVs), but they made the attempt and went the extra mile to find a solution to my problem. Talking with them afterwards made me realize that these are the kinds of people we should be giving our money to — not the big corporate places. Keep that in mind next time you go to have small motor work done. These guys are awesome.

Quick turnaround time on your machine repair and fair pricing. They service mowers, edgers, weedwackers and more. Bring in your ol’ beater for a tune-up! Summer is just around the corner. They have funny signs in the lobby area such as: «Prices subject to change according to customer’s attitude», «There is a $ 5 charge for whining», and«Failure to plan on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part!» Haha. Go see ‘em!
