Cool-Way Air Conditioning & Heating

Cool-​Way apparently has enough employees to allow them to stagger working days, meaning they don’t charge extra for weekend emergency calls! Wish I had known this sooner.
Our AC went out on a Saturday. In July. Of course. Our AC was over 20 years old so we knew this day was coming, and yet were completely unprepared. So a friend recommended Cool-​Way and we were impressed. They were able to come out the same day, give us an estimate for a new unit, and temporarily fix the AC to get us through the night so they could install a whole new unit the next day. Then they were able to install the whole new unit, including new ducts, a new handler in our attic, and a new outdoor unit in one day. The estimate includes any unforeseen costs, so they won’t nickle and dime you later when your AC is half-​installed. This means when our air intake was rattling (because of our much more powerful handler), they ordered a new part and came back out to replace the metal intake housing where the filter goes – at no extra cost.
Would definitely recommend.

My AC went down on a Sunday, of course, I called Coolway and they immediately scheduled a tech to to come out. Tim S first called to asses the issue on the phone, he arrived later that Sunday and in short order diagnosed the issue and had my AC back up and running within an hour. Tim was very professional, knowledgable and up front with the possible issue.
