We had the pleasure of catering our Painting with a Twist — Clermont Grand Opening event with Curbside Chef. The food was phenomenal with assorted Dim Sum, short rib sliders, pork/chicken street tacos and goat cheese raviolis! I would eat their food every day if i could. Clarito and Bonnie and their team worked overtime to feed our guests. Our corporate representatives stated we had the best Grand Opening food by far. We send Curbside Chef a BIGTHANKYOU from the Clermont community and #PWATClermont.

We hired this hard working family last minute to cater our 50 person holiday party at our home. They made things easy from the very beginning. We contacted them on Sunday for a party on Thursday and were met with enthusiasm and willingness to please. Responsiveness throughout by texting and email was phenomenal. Price was right around our budget and very reasonable. They were able to fit the truck in our backyard RV parking to serve our guests directly from the truck just like they would on the street. They offered tents, tables, décor and provided a real event experience. But the food ! The food is the star. Heaven is really a place on earth especially when you taste the food from this truck! They provided our guests 6 different options plus a vegan/allergy friendly dish on request. Our guests had their choice of Asian Short Rib Sliders, Goat Cheese Ravioli, Curbside Tacos with Chicken or Pork, Dim-Sum Sampler(Bao Buns, Chicken Pot stickers, Shrimp With Edamame) Nachos with Chicken or Pork, Hog n’ Chick Rice Bowl, or Falafel salad(allergy/vegan option). All flavors were spot on and served hot to order. The shredded pork topping for the nachos and tacos was juicy and flavorful. Similarly the adobo themed shredded chicken accented the tacos and nachos nicely. By far though the goat cheese ravioli is the most heavenly thing they serve. The single ravioli filled the whole bowl and was covered in a divine tomato broth spiced with garlic and mushrooms and topped with a sprinkle of freshly chopped basil. Dip the included freshly crisped garlic bread in the broth and your tastebuds will dance! Our guests loved the short rib sliders as well. I will be chasing this truck down in the new year to get more deliciousness from Chef Clarito. If you need to make your event awesome, hire this family owned business without hesitation. And if you see this truck downtown be sure to sample their amazing creations!

Chef Clarito creates amazing dishes with such unique & tasty surprises. Love them all from the ravioli to the hog & chick to the falafel to the deconstructed s’mores…really everything is amazing! He is also a great party caterer. This is the 2nd year @curbsidechef has catered my annual Christmas party & I cannot say enough about how easy they make the process for me as the hostess. From an incredibly easy process to book, to a fully catered event set-up(tables, tents and all), to a great value for price of event, & great rapport with all my guests — if u r considering hiring Curbside Chef food truck for ur catered event I can guarantee that Clarito & team will exceed your expectations!

Stopped by here with my wife while walking through the food truck bazaar Sunday night. We ordered the Red Velvet Skewers which were amazing. They’re supposed to be a breakfast item, but seriously you can have ‘em anytime. It’s a hard boiled quail egg with little pancake bites and fresh fruit. The skewer is topped with this awesome maple-cream cheese icing and some spiced/candied pecans. The whole thing was superb. I was initially a little off put by the quail egg, but I tried it and dipped it in some of the icing. It really wouldn’t be the same without it. I can’t wait to hit this place up at the next bazaar and try some more things!

Soba noodles were so good! Sadly they ran out of the cucumber maki rolls, but the ducks with the noodles, kimchi and edamame were still available. They were a bit oily for a full meal, but as a quick bite snack shared with 4 other people it was the perfect amount of tasty goodness, they were out of a lot of things so I was bummed I couldn’t get the braised short rib sandwich, maybe next time!

Their Chicken Adobo is amazing! I actually got extra last time to take home and eat the next day for lunch, that’s how good it is. They give you a good amount for the money and the owner/chef is really nice(probably not important, but a bonus anyway). The only thing is they don’t seem to come to all the bigger food truck gatherings, so I recommend seeking them out if you can find them!

I attended the last food truck wars at Oviedo Market place and Curbside Chef was the truck of choice for us. The chicken pot stickers, served on a bed of edamame, were great! Moist, flavorful and great texture. Our favorite had to be the goat cheese filled ravioli! 3 of use crowded around the bowl that contained the single ravioli. Swimming in a bowl of red oily sauce(sorry i forgot was it was), the ravioli looked large but we had no idea it was the entire diameter of the bowl. HUGE. The goat cheese wasn’t overwhelming and with the sauce it made the flavors come alive in your mouth! Awesome job, can’t wait to try another dish from this truck!

Filipino Style Chicken Adobo. With sweet soy glaze sauce, green onions on garlic rice bowl. This is always my go to dish. It got to the point that Chef Clarito suggested I try something different since I always ordered the same thing. Curbside Tacos. Adobo chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, caramelized red onions, queso fresco, avocado cream, sweet soy glaze, pickled cucumber. Glad he suggested these. These were very good. Chef Clarito has a great personality. Very friendly even during his busiest times. Sweet Endings Desserts. Vanilla Bean Flan, Coconut Flan, and Crème Brûlée. Chef said we had to try these. He actually took the time to tell us what they were and the love he puts into them.

WORMS in the food! I mean, do I need to say more? This truck totally turned me off of food trucks! I mean how unsanitary and disgusting! This truck was at Celebration, Fl «Food Truck Friday». I ordered the steamed dumplings(pork & shrimp) which was served over edamame. The line was not that long and the wait for the food was ridiculous — to my surprise when I took a bite the dumplings were both ice cold and so was the edamame. then I started to eat the edamame and so did my kids, they tasted off and when I looked inside I saw WORMS! When we took them back to the truck they just said sorry and refunded our 6 bucks. Um you would think they would pull the edamame from the menu! So gross! Do not eat here unless you are into worms.

Ate some of Casa De Chef Chef food at the First Truck Heaven that was at the plaza live. They have two menus, one for full of sandwiches, burgers and other dishes and one for Breakfast. We had the Steak Burger and Caribbean Chicken sandwich, Both Great and the Best Chicken sandwich I have eaten from a Food truck so Far. I recently found out they are doing mostly Catering but I wish they could come back because they would be a Hit! again
