D’LOOK

This place seems very nice and affordable however, their sense of responsibility is at a high time LOW. My grandmother dropped her full breed chocolate cocker spaniel off here today for a full groom for the amazing price of $ 35 (couldn’t beat that but I guess you get what you pay for). Anyways, they called like normal to say she was ready for pick up. When we arrived, the doors were locked and we couldn’t find anyone until someone comes around the corner informing my grandmother that the dog ran away. Their reasoning was she was peeing on the floor inside so they brought her outside to use the bathroom when she slipped her leash and ran off. We looked for 45 minutes all over including the mall and surrounding areas asking everyone if they’ve seen my grandmothers dog of 5 years. She was in tears never has the dog ever ran away or been lost. Eventually she brought me home and we called humane society to let them know if someone brings this dog in to call us right away. THANK THE LORD someone brought her to the pound hours later! Even though we did not pay the grooming fee and they paid the $ 15 impound fee, what made no sense to us was they are also a boarding place with a fenced in outside area. Why would you not place her in there to use the bathroom if she was peeing that much. A lady and her husband did look all over as well but it seemed that these people were mad at US that she ran away while in their care. Needless to say, I don’t think she’s bringing her back there. Terrible experience. If it wasn’t for the amazing person bringing her in the pound, our family dog of 5 years would’ve been gone and I’m sorry but no amount of money would’ve been able to replace her.

Since the moment I walked in I know this was going to be good. I was greeted with great customer service and the place newly renovated looked amazing. I dropped up my pup for a full grooming then went back to pick him up just to find out that they did an amazing job, Tammie the groomer did exactly what I have asked her to. Also I have to mention that prices are great, I can safely say the best in the Baldwin Park area.

We have Finally found out groomer!!!
My husband took our 1yr old GoldenDoodle there to be groomed and our pup came home absolutely gorgeous! And it didn’t cost us a fortune! That has been our issue ever since he turned 6mnths old. Groomers charge anywhere from $ 75-​$ 125 to groom this breed and he needs it about once a month. We started doing it ourselves at home– which was NOT fun for any involved! Then my husband met the owners of this place and so we decided give them a shot.
His cut is beautiful! The groomer did a wonderful job not just with the style but with his ears (which were in desperate need of a cleaning out), his paws and all of the delicate areas. My husband was very impressed with the place, the service, the price– all of it!
This location just opened and they offer boarding as well. We HIGHLY recommend taking your four legged baby there at least once– you won’t regret it!
