I am highly disappointed with the customer service with downtown divas. I fell in love with an item and of course they had none in my size. I asked for them to order additional sizes so I could purchase the item through them. She told me no. When asked the name of the brand so I could buy the dress on my own her response was«we don’t give out that information» then hung up. I have been a loyal customer since 2006 and this was completely unacceptable, especially coming from the owner! The clothes are overpriced and shrink. I purchased a pair of jeans from DD awhile back for almost $ 100, saw the exact same pair in a cheap store at the broward mall for $ 25. I will NEVER purchase another item from them again. The owner should be ashamed of herself. But then again this is capitalism at its finest. Do not shop here. You’re better off shopping online.

Great store… Amazing prices and selection. The girl working there helped me pick out a couple amazing outfits and I recieve so many compliments when I wear them.

One of the best boutique shops in Orlando! I was a student at UCF where I first got introduced to Downtown Divas, and shopped there several times to find the latest styles and unique clothing. The unique factor about Downtown Divas is that there are only 2 – 3 of the same shirt, dress, outfit in different sizes so as a buyer you will own that piece of clothing to be your own and not see it all over town on another person. Also, many boutiques out there will be a on the high end of price but Downtown Divas is affordable. It is not cheap but not too expensive. You will get the best quality and best price for what you are buying. This is a typical trip for me to Downtown Divas(which happens about once a month to get over to the UCF side of town) : Walk in, say hi and catch up with Cori the owner, and take a peek. Then I start walking from the left of the store to the back and make my way to the right side of the store. In the midst of me walking thru, I find new ideas and styles I had never thought I could pull off, and grab those pieces before anyone else grabs it :) What I love about the clothing that Cori acquires in her store, is that when you try it on, it fits perfectly and comfortable. That is at least my experience with the clothing. I would rather come to Downtown Divas, spend a little extra and have clothing that makes me look good, feel good, and live in my closet for a long time. Suggestions I have for the store is to acquire a bigger space, and do promotion more to locations outside of the UCF area, and attract users from other areas in Orlando.

I used to shop here all the time when I went to UCF. I could always find a cute top that you wouldn’t find at every Charlotte Russe in the area. The quality is not worth what you pay. $ 40 for a top is not cheap on a college budget. It is convenient for last minute items if you live in the area.

Shopping and clothes are an addiction for most women, especially those who are in college, always going out to the bars, clubs and local parties. Every girl wants to look hot and a tad unique… and being seen in the same outfit as someone else is just not cool. Fortunately, we have shops like Downtown Divas that offer fun, fashionable and creative clothing, in limited supply and it’s located right across the street from UCF. How perfect is that? This small shop is packed from wall to wall with jeans that are faded, ripped, studded and come in various shapes and lengths, in addition to shirts of every kind, dresses, jackets, shoes, belts and accessories galore. Definitely a place made to win over a woman’s heart. However, there are some not so good points. First, the prices are a bit much, especially for most college students. You’re better off going to Ross or Target instead. Second, the sizes run a bit small, which isn’t good if you’re not a twig. Third, some of the clothes are a bit much, too trendy and just not practical to wear more than once. Lastly, this is not an every day kind of store. It’s more of a special occasion store. Overall, it’s an okay shop. Not my favorite place to shop though.

Cheap and tacky clothes at what appears to be pretty inflated prices. Sorry but I gotta call it like I see it. Good location for UCF students but I tend to see most of them shopping at Stalhi’s. meh says it all.
