Dunkin’ Donuts

I can’t wait for Starbucks to open down the street! I waited 15 minutes after ordering (which was a whole mess in itself) just for a small latte. I was hesitant to stop anyways, but this will keep me from going back. After 5 minutes they told me the espresso machine broke, then they said they fixed it, and then I waited another 10 minutes waiting for them to make my drink. They never even apologized for the delay.

If I could give zero stars I would. Rude staff, unprofessional manager, crystal, doesn’t know how to talk to people and insists the customer is always wrong, despite her staff being poorly trained high school kids.

This place never gets our orders right.
Most of the employees are confused.
Last time we went we got no napkins, no straws just attitude.

Probably the worst Dunkin I’ve ever experienced. First time I went there waited over 30 mins for a simple order. Decided to give it another try, but the second time was no better. My wife has been here a couple of times and problems as well. Not only is the service bad but the food tastes different than other dunkins. This one extremely disorganized and makes me wonder if the food preparation and quality is up to standards. Go to Panera or Starbucks.

Service was poor, food and drinks don’t taste like other DD’s I’ve been to. I prefer driving to another location or going to Panera or Starbucks altogether due to the poor service this location provides.

Had A coupon for a buy 6 and get 6 donuts for free! Ordered a dozen, coffee, and cinnamon raisin bagel! Everything was great except the coffee. What the heck was this?
I asked for coffee and whole milk. I’ve never had a dunkin donuts coffee that tastes like this so that was a disappointment
Other than that the donuts were fresh tasting and the bagel was awesome. They even had a guava donut that we were all iffy about trying but it was pretty tasty and different

I’m sorry, but I come here because there are no other options in lake Nona right now. I would say out of every 5 orders I place — 3 are incorrect. Yesterday the girl repeated my order and when I drank it (20 min later) it was filled with sugar!
Another time I almost burned my tongue off drinking my cappuccino. Yes coffee is hot, But I always wait 15 – 20 minutes to drink my coffee because I don’t like it scalding hot (maybe I’m weird). My husband, ex Starbucks manager, said they must have scalded the milk.
I give them 2 stars because they do a lot for the community, but I really don’t want to play Russian roulette every time I make an order. I would like to know I am going to get what I paid for. Right now, every time I go there I heave a huge sigh. I figure a review might get things back on track. The coffee is great when they get it right, so work on communication between staff!

This location has had problems in the past for not filling up the coffee cups all the way but recently service has improved. The new Steak & Cheese wrap is a good addition to their menu.

Best dunkin I’ve been to and the amazingly friendly staff make it an enviting environment. Get an Arnold Palmer iced tea ala Stephanie and you won’t be disappointed.

Terrible service. I ordered a chocolate chip muffin. They didn’t tell me they were out till we had already paid. They have also been rude too.

They are very friendly here. My only complaint is that it doesn’t have much seating if you have a party larger than 2.

It seems like they are always out of the longer straws, and no caramel. This really bothers me. Employees were nice. Just hope they can plan ahead a little better.

This place is always busy and it seems like they are 1 or 2 employees short for the amount of business they do. I feel bad for the employees who are constantly running in circles. It has a drive through. 4 or 5 tables outside but no shade. Half price drinks between 2 and 4PM. Nice and clean bathrooms. The internet is free but the speed is three times slower than dial up used to be. I think someone forgot the feed the hamster that powers their router.

As far as Dunkin Donuts go, this is my favorite one. It’s super clean, the staff are really nice, and they are consistent.
I often CRAVE their iced tea. And I’m not exaggerating. I’m not sure what it is exactly, because it’s a standard iced tea, no special flavors or anything. Something about it though… mmmmmm. I can’t help myself. Maybe there is an obscene amount of caffiene in it. Who knows and who cares. Every time I drive by, I feel as if I NEED this tea (and I order it unsweet, so it isn’t even the sugar). And I can always count on it. It’s not hit or miss like some places. Other locations just don’t live up to this one, in my opinion.
The food is good too. As can be assumed, this is considered fast food, which should mean that it’s bad; but you can check the nutrition facts online and you will see that it isn’t all bad. While the bagels and donuts are not the healthiest choices, they do offer english muffins, flats, and egg white instead of regular eggs. They are also slowly incorporating the DD smart menu which has even more health conscious alternatives, which according to the website means 25% less calories, fat, saturated fat, sugar, and/​or sodium, and ingredients that are nutritionally beneficial. Sounds good to me.
