Sometimes it’s hit or miss with Pizza Hut. However, they will correct any mistake they make which makes me to believe they’re customer oriented company.

On September 11, 2015 i order a Pizza, when I received it, It looked like it was folded in half or it was shake inside the box. The delivery person didn’t have an explanation on why it looked the way it did.
When I called to complain the guy on the phone acted like it if was not a big deal. I just hope that the delivery person dropped it. By the way the driver looked High.

We have ordered from here twice. Both times the pizza was delivered cold. We are only a few miles up the street. Not ok. The cheese bread was over cooked and gross. We will never order again even after getting a free pizza from the first time. I’d rather eat Digiorno.

Tried once. Place is a mess. Had to repeat my order 3 times. No parking. Went to pick up and got the order wrong. If you want pizza in this area go up the road to Dominos. They deserve the business.

My wife asked me to buy some Pizza Hut today and as I went to park at this location, AGAIN, I found delivery drivers parked in the spaces right in front of the door. It was raining pretty hard and obviously management at this place could care less about their customers. I called my wife and told her I refused to place an order at Pizza Hut and I drove down the street to Domino’s.

Great Franchise! Friendly Staff and the Pizza tastes great. Everytime I’m hungry for Pizza Hut this is my first choice. 100% Recommend.

I’m not a big fan of this place. I really don’t understand how hard it is to get an order right. I’ve ordered from here every couple weekends for around a year… And it never fails for the delivery guy to forget something. On 4 occasions I can recall they have forgotten food I ordered. The driver then returns to the store and drives all the way back to my house, by then I don’t even want it anymore. This place is really not that great.

This is my local pizza hut, and I’m definitely a fan. I usually order carry out using the web site, and the order usually takes 20 minutes or less. The staff is very efficient and friendly, the inside and outside are clean, and I can get in and out very quickly. I’ve become a fan of the wings, especially their weekly 50 cent wing Wednesdays. Good deal!
